The Evil One Seeks To Devour You

It is My time for many of you to step into the ministry roles to which I have called you, and for which I have been preparing you through your lives. You know that I have called and appointed you to this time, but many of you are still holding back from My plan. I desire you to release your cares to Me and obey Me.

As you step out, your provision shall appear and you will see it was Me who provided for you. I will teach you to walk in the flow of My Spirit in this, as you will need this more and more as time progresses. The world, so full of sin, is becoming a dangerous place for My people, but those who walk close to Me shall have no fear.

Nothing can touch you that I do not allow, My people, but what is allowed often depends on you. It depends on your obedience to My word, to your walking in purity, to you listening and obeying all I say to you each day. What I allow in each of your lives depends on what I have called each of you to do. Many say all evil comes from Me, but this is not so. The Evil One roams throughout the earth, seeking whom he may devour. You know this from My Holy Word, but it is you who gives place to him that devours, My children.

Do you not see? Do you not understand? The whole of My Word is your protection from him. If you obey all I say to you to do, and abstain from evil, how much easier your lives would all be, for then he would have nothing in you. It is up to you, My children, to resist him, to flee temptation.

If you insist on moving towards temptation instead of away from it, you shall indeed be tempted and tried by the Evil One. If you play long in the world, he will devour all you have. He longs to take from you - to devour houses, families, finances, health and friendships. Do you not know he seeks to steal your very soul from you? Do you not see the chains he brings to bind you with?
Run, My children! Run to Me and be safe! Come under My mighty wings of protection and be safe by obeying all I say.

Habakkuk 2:3: For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

John 14:30: Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

James 4:7: Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Psalm 57:1: Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.

Psalm 91:4: He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

  2. Amen for this word. David did not fall when he was on the run from Saul, he fell after his Kingdom had been established. I have a friend who has been speaking the same thing and has been warning Yah's people to not only draw close to him but to ask him to reveal any roots or weaknesses that could undermine their ministry and calling.

He does not want any doors Satan can go through. Certain things seem to remain "dormant" until Yah starts elevating people in their call. All their insecurities and weaknesses start coming to the surface and things they have not repented of and/or received deliverance from start manifesting.

Ministers have mentioned how battles with lust and other things that never bothered them before started manifesting once Yah' started to really move through them, this is no accident. That stuff was always there, but satan left it alone until he could use it to his advantage.

All these warnings from Yah through Glynda and other prophets/ intercessors to get rid of old stuff, let go of old friends, loved ones and release the relationships that he is removing from our lives are for a reason! those are DOORS satan can walk through. I have seen Yah strip me of close friends, my livlihood, my home, just about everything and looking back I am thankful because those things would have been snares. Has it been easy? NO!! Has it been painful?? YES, but I am glad he has.

This does not mean we cannot have anything, but we have to be willing to obey Yah in everything because he knows the places satan is trying to set traps for us and he is trying to close those doors to protect us and he can only do it when we cooperate with him.

If you remember the story of Esther and the enemy of the Hebrews Haman? He was an Agagite a descendant of the Amaelkites. Why is this important? Yah told King Saul to anahilate all the Amalekites he let king agag live and centuries later, Israel had to deal with that door left open by Saul. When haman was hanged, esther did not stop there she had his 10 sons hanged and nailed that door shut against any future offspring of the amalekites rising up again.

Yah help us heed the warning from this sister. In these fleeting hours before he elevates us, let us seek him and asking him to close any doors and uproot any roots that satan can use to devour us with. We have waited to long, fought too hard, and endured too much to let something we did not deal with take us down and forefeit his blessing!

  3. My prayers to everyone reading, turn down the volume of your lives, so that you may hear Him ccalling you.

Turn off the TV's, if that noise is distracting you, turn off the radios, turn off your FAMILY if you need to.... if your not hearing Him, then there is too much EARTHLY noise drowning out His voice!!!

Blessings and wisdom to all in Christ Yeshua

  4. Glynda,

This reminds me of something I wrote a few weeks back regarding Isaiah 54:

“And I have created the spoiler to destroy. No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” So often in life God brings into our lives circumstances to refine us. When a change is needed, as a good Father, he creates situations to affect change. We can either fight against that change or submit to it. Sometimes we have to repeat the lesson many times over many years before we finally get it. In a walk of the flesh we fight and fight and do not prevail. God continues to confront us with the exact thing he’s after in us. Do you keep getting obstinate bosses? God is after your obstinacy. Often times God puts us in front of a mirror so we can see ourselves. (Ps. 18:25-26) We suffer hardship and regret and do not come close to God’s best for our lives. Yet as a good Father he chastises us.

But when we walk in the Spirit, when we abide in his Word, there’s a difference. When we walk in the Spirit we more easily submit to him. We enjoy the benefits of his teaching rather than the painful discipline of his correction. Most always it is our choice whether we are being taught or corrected. And we also choose how long the instruction lasts. The remnant will be oppressed in the wilderness by an arrogant king. God is trying to show his people their own arrogance. Will you fight against it, hard-pressed and hungry? Or will you confess your sins in humility and be part of the one-third who enter through those gates? (Is. 26) We shall see.

  5. Wow, this is good. Bless your faithfulness Glynda.

A portion of the rare Word ( I don't get a Word often) I got this morning is this:
"This disaster is coming and has come, the very grass burns. I have told you to prepare, prepare, prepare. You, who’s hearts are my hearts, are ready and I will move. To you who have not, you seek but have not listened, act now. As my action moves, some of you I will move. To some I have kept you in place and will keep you to minister there, up to and including your lives.

My hand is acting and will be swift. It will take your breath away. But know I hold you in the palm of my hand and nothing, nothing, nothing happens that I don’t ordain and what I do I do for your good. It is by my love for you that I act now."

God is ripening the fields unto harvest. How invigorating to hear He is placing us into our ministries. It follows the increased activity in moving Sue and I into a new area of the state.

    Glory to God!!!

Amen and amen. And to all who posted Evangelish Danny, Demita,
    KeepersCircle, Drew!
I pray we keep our minds and hearts fully/totally focused on KING YAHSHUA and HIM alone. No more need to know of what the devil is doing in his little kingdom....
    peace,
    Deirdre
PS again I see the Holy Spirit repeating things. I posted something on my blog today too and it is the last time I will be posting anything other than a specific Word (which I dont get Word's for everyone) or a vision. Other than that, I have this sense, I am done.

  7. I praise God for all of you. Just a few of months ago I turned my back God and His commandments in favour of my own desires. But through this community I have repented. Thank you.

  10. I saw with interest your video on burnout. The Lord placed in my heart that we are to know we do nothing without His power, His Spirit, His will on His timing. Do we really mean and fully understand the portion of the Lord's prayer of 'Thy Will be done' when things are at a standstill? I know I struggle with it. It is a time to be still and know that He is God. He is watching what we do in this time of confusion and lack of His presence, the aridity of the desert. Are our knees calloused from dropping to him while we seek His face fervently, lifting our hands in praise or do we mope around, murmur, complain or lick our wounds? (I fall into these pits sometimes...) It is a time to examine why we do what we do for Him. Is it for our pride or for the joy of giving back to Him who has given so much to us? Do we recognize this is the time when there are only one set of footprints in the sand.
11 Cor 4:7 "This treasure we possess in earthen vessels to make it clear that its surpassing power comes from God and not from us."
