Not Ever

A time is coming when My churches on earth shall stand empty. Not because My shepherds stop preaching My Word, but because my people shall fail in believing it.

It shall be a frightening time when evil is increasing all around you and many of you – you, My children – not unbelievers – shall think I have surely abandoned you. Those who truly believe My Word shall know this is not true.

The key to surviving this time is to continue in My Word. Keep believing as you always have. Know My promises are true and My Word never changes, though circumstances may and will.

The time I am telling you of is the falling away. My people’s love for Me shall diminish when they do not see what they expect. They expect Me to always make things better, but scripture must be fulfilled, My children, just as when My Son died on the cross. Scripture must be fulfilled so the time may come when I may call you home to Me.

Be strong and courageous, My precious children, for I shall never abandon you  ever! My love for you does not change or cease – not ever.

Remember I have told you these things and be strong for Me. Strengthen your brethren when you see these things happen.

2 Thes. 2-4: That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.  Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

Deut. 31:6:  Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

Hebrews 13:5:  Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Joshua 1:9:  Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lordthy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

Matthew 24:12-13: And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

  1. Glynda... this is so true. I have confirmation. I was watching an online program of a church I used to attend. I moved away a few years ago & could no longer attend due to distance. I was stunned at the amount of people that were at this service. This is a huge Megachurch and when I attended it was so full that people would often have to stand. I also believe we are in the age of the lukewarm church. Thank you, for this word of encouragement. We do need to be strong. There is a storm coming. We do need to strengthen our brethren and be strong in the word. There's strength in numbers. A single twig is weak but a bundle of twigs is strong.

  2. So true. Things are not going to get better. Only worse and worse, and worse. "They prophecy peace and safety, sudden destruction on them, they shall not escape."
There is only misery coming to America and the world. Many people just watching the news and seeing it in everyday life know that there is only misery coming.
May a 'cosmic disturbance (within 6 months?), maybe martial law, U N troops in America (in the open), maybe a terrorist act on say a nuclear plant, the electrical power grid, middle of a city, water supply, etc. Maybe a dollar crash, derivative collapse, hyperinflation, etc. 5 years ago (2008), "unlikely". 2013, "near certain to happen".
So all of those people on tv, news, government telling us that things are improving, well,,, "sudden destruction". And many of THEM know this.
At this point it is not a question of IF, but WHEN. Well, we'll see.
And by the way. Welfare is being cut back starting November 2013. (Last I heard).
Walmart EBT scenario mid October. Shelves stripped in 3 HOURS.
    Watch out!

  3. Glynda,

what do you think of these two words/sites, Behold I Come (http://newbon-bonsblog.blogspot.com/2013/10/this-ministry-is-nearing-completion.html) and Bon's Blog (http://newbon-bonsblog.blogspot.com/2013/10/this-ministry-is-nearing-completion.html)? Bon's word says she will only have one more message then her ministry is done and both gives words about the impending 3 days of literal physical darkness coming to all from some cosmic event? Yet, curiously the Lord has not given you even one word on it (I went back and checked). I wonder why? I know that Julie and Bon know each other through the net so is it possibly they are influencing each other yet I have no reason to doubt their words either. I've read that it will be so dark you won't even be able to see the person next to you but then the latest word indicates our homes will be lit up (where we are to stay during this time as God speaks to each of us). I keep asking God but really have no direction. I can only wonder why those of us who read these words would be given advance notice but the rest the word's christians would not, esp if they don't have internet.

Would you please pray about these words and see if the Lord gives you any direction? If real, then it is the BIGGEST wonder to have ever happened since Christ's birth, if not even more so as everyone will be privvy to it.

    Thank you so much.

  4. Hi Glynda,

If it's okay with you, I would like to share with the people the latest message we received "Peace in the Midst of the Storm" as it covers such an important aspect of His Presence that we all need to learn to live through these times that are coming.

    http://www.overcominglife.com/2013/10/peace-in-midst-of-storm.html

I believe your message is right on and we thank you so much for sharing. Shalom, Geri

  5. I suppose the question that everyone should be asking themselves is what sort of event would so catastrophically affect the faith of millions of Christians that they would completely abandon their faith altogether.

  6. I suppose the next question on everyone's mind should be what sort of event would so catastrophically affect the faith of millions of Christians to where they choose to abandon their entire system of beliefs altogether? Food for thought.

  9. Many of you My children, shall think I have surely abandoned you. Why would Our Father and Our Lord, leave us feeling abandoned, the tether cord cut and set us adrift, no longer experiencing the joy of the Holy Spirit within us, especially in this most critical time ever in the history of the world, when we need Him more than ever.

  12. The "Church" is not a building, but the people who live in God.
The Church can be destroyed, yet be rebuilt again in 3 days- remember this.

  16. I find it sad when I read comments that are contrary to what Christianity is all about. Have we forgotten who we are? Do we not understand that we as the body of Christ are supposed to love one another? I could never tell someone to leave just because of their concerns or comments. The Church is not opened just to keep people out, but rather to allow the sinner in. Christ loves us all and we are to do the same no matter what the person's feelings or beliefs are. Sure, we should teach them about the love the Father has for us all to bring them into repentance through Christ. If they choose not to, then let them leave in peace knowing they are always welcome to come back. It's love that changes a person's heart, not telling them to go away. Could we ever be able to bring a lost soul to Christ if we were to tell them to go away, they are not welcome? Or to demonstrate our love by telling a person that we don't like them because of their comments? Do not judge others, lest you be judged. For in the same manner you judge someone, Father will judge you. It's one thing to rebuke a believer who is in error, but it's another thing to accuse someone of wrong doing when you don't know what's in their heart. If there is someone you know that you bring into question what their intensions are, ask the Lord what you should do.

Why all of a sudden people seem to focus on cataclysmic events that have not even happened yet? Wouldn't it be better to focus on building our relationship with the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit? The Love and grace that God has for His kids will protect and sustain us through difficult times, if we stay obedient to Him. These things that Father is telling us is so we can prepare ourselves for the dark times coming, by fixing our trust and hope on Christ Jesus. God's glory will be shown like never before through His kids in due season. You need to see with greater eyes if you are to understand why these things must take place. Ask Father to give you revelation and understanding through Christ our savior. Just as the Heavens are higher than the Earth, so are God's ways higher than our ways.

  17. Scripture to be added to those already given by Mrs. Linkous' in her post:

    Romans Chapter 8-

"The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. 17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs, —-heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His glory."

"18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. 19 For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed."

"..we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies. 24 For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have? 25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently."

"..the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God."

"28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. 29 For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30 And those He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also justified; those He justified, He also glorified."

"31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?... 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen?... 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us."

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36 As it is written:
    “For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

NOW IS THE TIME TO STAND ON THE PROMISES OF GOD!
Our enemy cannot rob us of those promises. There may come a time when we find that all we have to hang onto is the hope we are given in those promises and the faith that our mighty God is trustworthy in His Word. Even if that is the last thing we have to hold onto in this world, it far surpasses anything else in excess.
Hope in God and His promises will always keep our cup overflowing, even in the driest desert of corruption and sinfulness all around us. But we must be still, and remember that He is God, and we are not.
His ways are above our ways, and His thoughts are above are thoughts. As high as the heavens are above the earth, so are His ways above our ways and His thoughts above our thoughts.

  19. I have had dreams where I seen churches all boarded up and closed. Even the most beautiful cathedrals in major cities were closed. (They had gone bankrupt.) No one went to the church anymore. Their buildings became very cheap rent for those who were not afraid to rent them...

  20. Hi Glynda,
I came across one of your YouTube videos you made some time back called, "Huge End Time Battle is Coming - Get Ready". Here's the link to the video: http://youtu.be/OExbMTo607o.

Perhaps the Lord lead me to view that video, I do not know. What I can say about this video clip, is that several people I know of had the same vision as you described. How the enemy attacked believers in the first wave and knocked them down like they were toothpicks. The second wave of attacks met with some resistance from believers, but they hardly put up much of a fight. The third wave of attacks, the enemy came across believers who had on the full armor of God and they took the battle to the enemy and fought fiercely. These warriors did not fear the enemy, they did not care about losing their own life. They cared about one thing, doing the will of the Father.

I pray that believers in Christ would no longer be just watchers, but warriors, mighty in battle to serve the Living God. It's about bringing the lost into the hands of Jesus Christ. Oh Lord Jesus, make us courageous so we can take back the fight, Amen. The enemy of our souls is nothing but a big bully, that likes to pick on people smaller then himself. Jesus Christ the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings is our big brother, who helps us fight the fight of faith. My brothers and sisters in Christ, do not be afraid of the enemy or the evil you are seeing increasing. God's got a plan. The enemy thinks he's already won, the devil cannot be more wrong.

(1st John 4:4) "He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world"

(Ephesians 6:19) "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel".

  21. Hebrews 10--
37FOR YET IN A VERY LITTLE WHILE, HE WHO IS COMING WILL COME, AND WILL NOT DELAY. 38BUT MY RIGHTEOUS ONE SHALL LIVE BY FAITH; AND IF HE SHRINKS BACK, MY SOUL HAS NO PLEASURE IN HIM. 39But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul.

Our only good course of action in these times is to live in the Words supplied by our God. The opposite direction is to our destruction.

I will be the first to say that it is not easy to live by faith. It seems un-natural to do so. (Against our nature)
But this is where our faith is tested.

    1Peter 1
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 In this you greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, 7 so that the [d]proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ; 8 and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, 9 obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls.

Our Loving Heavenly Father knows this is what is best for us.

    1Peter 4--
12 Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal among you, which comes upon you for your testing, as though some strange thing were happening to you; 13 but to the degree that you share the sufferings of Christ, keep on rejoicing, so that also at the revelation of His glory you may rejoice with exultation...

19 Therefore, those also who suffer according to the will of God shall entrust their souls to a faithful Creator in doing what is right....

    1Peter 5--
6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, 7 casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. 8 Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world. 10 After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you.

Our Lord came here and overcame this world for us... LET US PRAISE HIM!!
