For Those Who Refuse Me

My people do not realize the opportunities that were lost in their refusals to obey My callings. They do not realize how great this sin is in My eyes.

My people, I have given you life, salvation, and all you have, and yet you refuse Me? You refuse to work while it is day, that others may be snatched from the fire as you have been?

You refuse to glorify My Name by doing My Will. There is a very great price to pay in times to come for those who refuse My calling.

John 9:4  I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

Matthew 7:21  Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

1 Peter 5:6  Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

  1. amen - Amen and AMEN.!!.. Clearly I heard the LORD SAY: "My children, hear My heart cry for the lost. How will they hear if you remain silent." May His remnant be bold in the days ahead.

  2. The lord is calling all of us to give glory and honor in his name.
I pray for divine strength to repent and be considered worthy to be called when the shofar sounds! God is letting us know judgement is imminent.dont be left behind

  3. Sister Glynda, what does the Lord meant when He said, that there are people He called and they refused Him? Is it they refused the salvation he offered? Or they refused Him when He called His people to do things He wanted done? I am examining my self if the Lord has called me to do for Him that I have refused, but I don't remember or ever heard Him asked me. Could you please explain further?

  4. Glynda... What does it means to work while it is still day? Thankyou for your obedience in The Lord on giving us his word. God bless you :)

  5. KEONALOVETHELORDJACOBS: I think working while it is still day means before total spiritual darkness takes over the earth, but I'm not sure.

  7. Another interpretation of day could be to work while we are available to work. When we are raptured, we will be going to our rest, and it will be as night on the earth-no more work from us then.

  8. Thank you Glynda for all the messages you diligently write here. I think that to work while it is still day, means to witness for Jesus while we are still free to do so, to take every opportunity to talk to people about salvation because great persecution is coming and it will be very hard to preach and witness as it will mean death, which the Lord calls 'night.' So we should obey and do not take it lightly, when we are still free to obey the Lord and give Him glory by witnessing, we have to do it now. I was amazed to discover in the bible that there is glory of God over the one who preaches about Jesus and is persecuted for doing so, even when your family or friends mock you, there is glory over you because you stand bold for Jesus. This message is about working for God, not salvation, it is very sobering message, we should have no excuse to obey the Lord and this if for me as well.

Mark Pierce, nobody is perfect and the Lord knows it, do not get discouraged, we are saved by grace and we are the beloved of God.

    God bless you Glynda.

  9. Hi Mark,

I understand how you feel...the good news is that God says He will perfect us. We don't have to perfect ourselves. We just have to be willing....NONE of God's servants were perfect except Jesus.

  10. I never get discouraged as such , I know my job and the outcome , and more than happy to step up to the mark , but it Just seems he's looking for us to be perfect , and I'm not ( yet ) lol

  11. Perfect in scripture [teleios]does not mean perfect without sin. It means completeness in maturity versus immature. An immature bride of Christ is still involved in willful defiant sin against God. A mature (perfect) disciple of Christ has totally and then daily surrendered their self centered life to Christ. They are on the journey in the crucified life. It is a life of humility and repentance. As we ask Him to increase in us, He displaces ME and I decrease until it is all Him. It is a process. None of us will ever be without sin in thought, word, deed or attitude but we are in Him. That is our Rest.
Just yield to Jesus daily and you will mature and bear much fruit; oh, and let Him deal with any roots of rebellion. Rebellion to God's Word is lethal to growth in Christ. God bless everyone

  12. Blessings Mark. Just wanted to say that the word perfect in the New Testament does not mean perfect without sin. The greek is teleios which means coming into maturity or completeness. That is The work of Christ in us. As we daily surrender our will to Jesus, He increases and we decrease. This is taking up our cross daily means. It is an exchange of all selfcenteredness in exchange for a Christ centered life. None of us will ever be totally free of sin in thought, word or deed or attitude, this side of heaven. But when we stumble we have an advocate. There is a great difference between stumbling and willful, defiant sin against the revealed knowledge of God that is rooted in rebellion. Rebellion and it's roots must be cut out of our hearts by the Holy
Spirit. It will cause lots of problems.
The process of maturing takes time and it bears sweet fruit of humility through repentence.
    Don't be hard on yourself.
