Ease

I desire you would walk into this age with ease. The ease that comes as the just live by faith. The ease that comes as you speak My Word and all you need comes to you.

I do not desire My children labor under heavy burdens. If your burden is not light, you are doing something incorrectly. (I heard “amiss” - A wise friend once told me the Lord taught him that any time you are working too hard and getting frustrated, that you have gotten into the flesh, you were no longer relying on God. I think that is what the Lord is telling us here.)

Look into My Word and walk in ease.

Matthew 11:28-30
28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Hebrews 10:38  Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

  2. I wanted to post a comment to this word because I had a little confusion when I read it. Just incase others may have read it and thought the same, I wanted to share. At first glance one might think having burdens not being light would refer to having troubles or enduring trials. However, knowing this isn't so, I studied the verse. This is what the Lord showed me. In Matthew 11:28-30. Come unto me, all those laboring and being burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, because I am meek and lowly in heart and you will find rest to your souls. (King James 3 version) Jesus is not referring to troubles, He indeed endured much tribulation on the cross. The key here is where it says learn from me and be meek and lowly so you will have faith and rest. What He endured was hard and He knew it but He had faith in the Father to help Him through the path set before Him. Many are worried about the future. To worry is doubting that God can take care of you. He can't help you if you have doubt He can do it. We should not be worrying about tomorrow for tomorrow will take care of itself. Handle today and give God tomorrow. Taking up His yoke refers to surrendering to Gods way and then when the trials come you will have rest in your soul that everything will be ok. His Yoke is His destiny for your life. This is always the perfect will for you. Going off in other directions or trying to fix things He should be doing will get you off and in confusion, and God is not the author of confusion. If you are feeling this way go back to the word and get centered in Him. Remember when praying, Why and when, are words that mean I don't really believe and that alone can cause unanswered prayers and prevent God from intervening on our behalf. If you are confused when praying tell God what you are going to pray for and then pray in the spirit. This bypasses the intellect where doubt can be, helping us pray in His will perfectly.

  3. O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is Your Name in all the earth. Your glory is higher than the heavens. Your word is full of living power. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, cutting deep into our innermost thoughts and desires. It will not come back void to You. It will always accomplish where You want it to and it will prosper everywhere You send it. You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in You; whose thoughts are fixed on You.I will thank You Lord, with all my heart. I will tell of all the marvelous things You have done. Those who know your name trust in You, for You, O Lord, have never abandoned anyone who searches for You. You bless the godly, O Lord, surrounding them with your shield of Love.As for me, I wait quietly before God, for my salvation comes from Him.I will sing praises to Your name, O god Most High, for you alone is my Rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will never be shaken.
Be careful then dear brothers and sisters; make sure that your own hearts are not evil and unbelieving, turning you away from the Living God.You must warn each other everyday, as long as it is called "today" so that none of you will be deceived by sin and hardened against God. We belong to Christ as we hold firmly to the faith we have at first, but we must hold on to it to the end.
Hold tightly to the Word of Life, and let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts, Amen. Praise Jesus, Halleluyah!!

  4. I think I'm a poster child for this message. I've always wanted to please God, and I've always struggled with my efforts 'in the flesh' to do so instead of being able to completely trust Him for it.

It's hard for me not to get very upset when things don't work out the way I'd hoped sometimes, as it's hard for me to get past the (mistaken) belief that if I'm doing my best to trust God for what I'm doing and the way that I'm doing it, that I should never fail since it's His purpose. I know this is a trap and I've been trying to get away from it for ages.

His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. His purpose is greater than ours. What looks like a failure to us may be a great victory for Him. When Christ died on the cross it looked to the apostles like all was lost, but the opposite was true - ALL was GAINED because of what Christ did for us!

I'm ashamed because I've wasted so much of my life on this obstacle/stumbling block. But I feel He's finally helping me to get past it and break through.

Please pray for me, that I'll be able to trust Him to bring good things and victory out of any situation regardless of how they appear in the 'natural', as long as I continue to trust Him.

Glynda, I agree that if we labor under heavy burdens, we are doing something incorrectly (amiss). I know that God doesn't want this and I've been struggling with it for quite some time and am hoping this will no longer limit me in the near future.

Your friend that once told you the Lord taught him that any time you are working too hard and getting frustrated, that you have gotten into the flesh, you are no longer relying on God - that friend is indeed wise. I also believe that is what the Lord is telling us here.

I desire to walk with ease described in the word you have shared.

  5. Eric , no one on this planet could be more ashamed and made a mess of his annointing than me , if there is one , id like to meet him , but the thing with an annointing is , its given , it can't be earnt , if it could , it would not be an annointing , and what humans can't see about you , God does , just read the bible , when has God ever chosen people on what we would call human merits and standards , don't undestimate your self , EVER , God adores you ! I fight local persecution for my mistakes all the time , even so called friends will turn on you , and that's the difference between those who know Christ and those who don't , I don't care what you've done bro , in Jesus Christ your my brother , he died for both our sins ! The only time you can waste now is worrying about the time you think you've wasted , and because you think you've wasted that time , proves you haven't , God bless Eric
