I was praying Wednesday evening, talking to the Lord about an article a friend had forwarded about someone being involuntarily committed to a mental hospital because of their belief in Christ. It struck me as a sign of things that are coming soon, and I began asking the Lord if He had any word for us this week. He spoke this to me.
Indeed hard times are coming soon, My child, to all the people of the earth, especially America. America has become a festering wound in My sight, her sin knows no bounds. She proudly and brazenly flaunts her evil ways for all the world to see without remorse. For this she shall be greatly punished.
My people who agree with her sinfulness shall know My judgment as well, for those who are truly Mine should not do so wickedly. Her sins have become a snare and like gods to you, My people. You prefer serving them, and your sinful desires, over serving Me, the Holy One of Israel. This should not be, and you shall pay a grave price for such wickedness.
I desire a pure and a holy people who serve Me with their whole hearts, but you have turned aside, and go whoring after other gods. You think I will not care, but you are mistaken, My children, for sin grieves Me, and arouses My holy anger when there is no repentance.
Will you serve Me or will you serve your flesh? You must choose, for the time of My judgments is at hand and I shall judge each house, and every person in it according to what I find there.
Hard times are coming for the people of the earth, but your sins will make them far harder than they would otherwise be for you.
Return to Me now while there is still time. Return to Me and cry out for forgiveness, that I may show you mercy, and your household. Cry out for your lost loved ones while there is yet time, for soon there will not be. Many shall be taken from you and not only you but they are also unprepared.
You weary yourselves with earthly preparations for earthly disasters, My people, but your concern should be for your spiritual state and that of your house, for I am a wealthy father and well able to provide for all your earthly needs in that time. Did I not say in My holy word Take no thought for tomorrow?
(Note: At this point, I asked the Lord about something He had said in earlier words, about storing up grain for our little ones, and He showed me here in this word He is speaking about people who are concerned about shelters and defenses, not food and water.)
Yet you are preoccupied with where you shall live and what you shall do.
Store up grain for your little ones and spend your time in My word that I may enlighten you more in what you must do, for surely you are not able to survive all that is to come without My guidance. Spend your hours in My presence and drawing near to Me, for that is what is truly needful in this hour.
Keep your eyes on Me, for I am your refuge. I am your strong tower. I will be your shelter in that time, in that hour. I am He who watches over you from above, who gives you breath and life and sustenance. You need not fear if you are truly Mine.
Isaiah 13:11: And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
Jeremiah 1:16: And I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness, who have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, and worshipped the works of their own hands.
Joel 3:13: Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.
Psalm 73:27: For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee.
Isaiah 1:4: Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.
Isaiah 55:7: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
Matthew 6:34: Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
Psalm 46:1: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Psalm 91:2: I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Psalm 61:3: For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.
Proverbs 18:10: The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.
Job 12:10: In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind.

Drew - Thank you for posting that. I started reading your book - WOW !! I really like it!!
ReplyDeleteWow I so receive that word!I have been fretting a bit about how me and my family need to prepare.Hoping that we will have the essentinels. But the Lord has been inpressing me to seek Him more and He told me that as I seek Him with ALL MY HEART that He will be found by me!!Being found in Him,resting in Him,trusting in Him,SO INPORTANT!PRAISE GOD!!
ReplyDeleteFrom my friend Rosy:
ReplyDeletePreparing vs not preparing has a lot of people confused. Some people say "Im not going to prepare at all, God will take care of me". Others say " I'm hoarding guns, ammo, massive amounts of food and underground shelters". There has to be a balance. In my own opinion, preparation is as God leads you, not how your fear leads you. I personally have prepared to some degree, but not from fear. It takes more faith to prepare, than it does to sit idle and do nothing. But, we don't know whats coming do we? So, how do we prepare for something we know nothing about? Only with God's leading, which is why seeking His face is imperative. Would being a "prepper" have helped the folks in Sodom and Ghomorrah when it rained down fire from heaven? No. How about Korah and his band, would preparing have helped them when they got swallowed up by the earth? We cannot prepare in any reasonable sense of the word for an absolute unknown event. But we can prepare as He leads us, because He knows what is coming, and what is needed. More than anything else, do not prepare from panic and fear, it will be wasted time. Prepare only as He leads. Some will prepare more than others, some not at all, but if we let Him guide us, the ones who have prepared can assist the ones who haven't. I have often told people "Ask Him, He is not stingy with information, if you humbly ask, sincerely ask what he would have you to do, is He going to give you a serpent when you asked for an egg?". I dont think so. Find His will for YOU. Don't worry about what your neighbor is or isn't doing. Find His will for YOU.
Hi Glynda
ReplyDeleteThe Lord gave me a substantial word on this and it was to wordy to post. If you will, can you refer everyone to http://godsfingers.wordpress.com/2012/06/22/america-a-festering-wound/
God is good, all the time
Glynda,
ReplyDeleteI believe Amos 4 is speaking of our day. In the next few years we are going to experience drought (today), crop blight and mildew, a plague after the manner of Egypt, and cleanness of teeth in all our cities. This all occurs before the nation is overthrown like Sodom and Gomorrah (v.11). These are just the things we are told about.
But I also believe we are living in the days when crockpots will not go empty even though grocery store shelves are desolate for a time. To God's people I ask: Can God use you to feed a multitude? Often times in the Bible we see God uses those who have made themselves ready.
May we all be diligent to turn away from everything we know in our hearts to be wrong. May we all be found diligently studying the Word of God so he can use us to not only to feed people in the natural but also the spiritual.
Mat 24:45 "Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?"
Dear Glynda,
ReplyDeleteI'd like to share a couple things with you and your readers.
First I completely bear witness to this message.
We can know the LORD is speaking a message to us when it repeats in the hearts of other believers.
This morning I felt really sick, so after picking my husband up after work (5am) I went back to bed and just now got up to check out my mail and such.
I had a dream this morning and it was a scene. No words were spoken.
I saw a desolate valley, dark and looming. In the middle of the valley stood a brazen woman (her face was overly made up and she looked really angry, defiant). A man (who reminded me of a prophet like you might see in an old movie, like an Isaiah or Moses) stood in front of the woman. He was very angry with her and all at once ripped her garment from the top down, exposing her breasts. She stood there and glared at him. I was embarrassed by the whole scene. And also very frightened. It wasn't like a pre-rape scene or anything, it was like he ripped her garment to EXPOSE her. End of dream.
After reading your post I wanted to share some personal things that may help others.
After walking away from a lucrative position, we spent some time in famine and the LORD provided in all kinds of ways! We sold many of our possesions and lost our house (even though just a few weeks later we had enough money from our income tax to pay up). We knew this was the LORD's will...for us to lose our house.
Immediatly after that HE provided us another house to live in. It's nice, but the owner is strange. We've learned a lot of lessons here and have prayed for the him and his family.
Just a few weeks ago the LORD started impressing upon me, "are you willing to let all go". Well let me share here: I still have little trinkets and heirlooms and baby things I want to pass down to my children. I have a couple nice pieces of jewlery my husband gave me that are sentimental to me. But the LORD really pressed me, "are you willing to let ALL go?"
I have had to lay down (in my heart and actions) these things for a few days now!! I will admit it has been challenging.
Through a number of events and Words the LORD has given both me and my husband, we are quite sure something is going to happen to where we are going to lose it all.
Now several months ago I had heard in my spirit while praying, "I make you ready". It is comforting to know that HE indeed does prepare us for all things. However, heres the catch, IT MAY NOT BE THE WAY YOU ANTICIPATE AND YOU MAY NOT LIKE IT!
Indeed if the LORD is telling you to buy some supplies, by all means do it! But if HE is not, than don't, b/c a tornado could come and scatter it everywhere. We are so impressed NOT to buy anything for various reasons. We know HE will supply our every need. If we are not very careful to listen to the HOLY SPIRIT speak to us individually we could waste time/money that could have been used elsewhere.
Please pray on this.
The other thing that spoke loudly to my spirit, was that HE is much more interested in our HEARTS, where they are at...
Peace,
Deirdre
Thank You Glynda for that word. It helped me big time. Just seek for his will in our lives and he will grant us instructions in life. Amen. Im so thankful that i've found you as i did. God bless you so much Glynda. Your in my prayer's.
ReplyDeletePs, I also wanted to share this:
ReplyDeleteDuring the time that they put people to death in the arena's there was a woman named Perpetua. As she was in the arena her hair kept falling down. She would find a stick and tie her hair up. It was a sign that she was NOT grieving. She wanted all the people to know, that she willingly would die for the name of YESHUA.
In my dream, the woman's hair was up and it did not fall at any point. America is not grieving....
Deirdre
Deirdre - WOW, I love what you posted about Perpetua!! That is amazing, and SO true - America is not at all grieved over her sin, which is exactly why she's being judged. There is a remnant that grieves for it, but it's a very small one. Thanks for posting this!
ReplyDeleteDeirdre,
ReplyDeleteIn my study of Isaiah I have come across, many times now, the story of an end-time Elijah as he goes before the people before America is destroyed. Your description of the woman fits the response he receives.
Before America is destroyed there will be a time of world-wide peace and safety. It's at that time Elijah goes before the people, not only performing great signs and wonders, but also preaching a very hard message of sin and repentance.
Drew
Glynda,
ReplyDeleteI briefly discuss this end-time Elijah at the very end of the book. However, he is discussed often in my study of Isaiah, my next book coming out soon and posted on my blog. In that study I show that he is raised in America and goes before the people in the year preceding America's fall.
Deirdre,
The harlot Babylon will be exposed at the end.
Isa 47:3 Your nakedness shall be uncovered, Yes, your shame will be seen; I will take vengeance, And I will not arbitrate with a man."
But this Elijah also goes before the people with a very hard message of sin and repentance.
Deirdre,
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention, a valley in the Bible represents the good treasure of God which has become profane. Though many still worship God in America, our lives are not clean. Therefore our worship has become profane. We are the valley.
“How can you say, ‘I am not polluted, I have not gone after the Baals’? See your way in the valley; know what you have done: You are a swift dromedary breaking loose in her ways.” (Jer. 2:23)
"for surely you are not able to survive all that is to come without My guidance."
ReplyDelete-- Well, again, I am not sure I woudl want to anyway at this rate! Such great loss. If some are appointed to go early in disasters and yet still saved, I'd far rather be one of them. I just don't get why I would want to live through such abominations, my heart failing even if I saw the Lord work in our midst to help others. Sorry, but that is how I feel.
VJM:
ReplyDelete2Ch 15:5 "And in those times [there was] no peace to the one who went out, nor to the one who came in, but great turmoil [was] on all the inhabitants of the lands.
2Ch 15:6 "So nation was destroyed by nation, and city by city, for God troubled them with every adversity.
2Ch 15:7 "But you, be strong and do not let your hands be weak, for your work shall be rewarded!"
Dear Drew,
ReplyDeleteAmen and amen. Thank you for posting the Scriptures. What a confirmation to my dream and Glynda's word. I posted it on my blog too.

Peace,
Deirdre
Glenda,
ReplyDeleteThank you for the unvarnished warning from the Lord to those who have ears to hear.
Another thing that reveals the condition of the Church in America is the complete detachment from reality when it comes to the nation in the forefront in dividing Jerusalem and Israel for a counterfeit peace.
On this 1 sin of extreme arrogance and pride God has a severe warning.
The cup is full and God is cutting this extremely divided nation in pieces with fire, ethnic, income, soon coming war and in so many other ways.
Zechariah 12:3
"And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it."
Interesting how the enemy kept this from being posted yesterday, here it is in two parts...
ReplyDeleteHi Glynda,
Thank you for your faithfulness. These words came to me in response for your readers, what a powerful admonition.
It is very true, the challenge of a Christian today can be getting locked up in a mental institution. And that's the catch, are you qualified to being locked up and put away. For decades, one of the most powerful groups in the world has determined that if you really believe in God, if you really believe He answers prayer, if you really believe that He performs miracles, if you really believe He talks to you and answers your questions then you are psychotically delusional and a potential harm to yourself and those around you, needing to be locked away for your protection and the protection of those around you. Are you up to that challenge?
While praying about this Word, God reminded me of what I've ministered previously and this Word confirms that Word He'd given me. Preparation is valid, but what preparation? God has been admonishing us to be prepared, literally crying out to us to listen. But do we listen? Are we hearing what He's saying? God's judgment is coming and He doesn't want us to be a part of it. It's time to let loose of that which continues to bind us to the festering wound that is America. The reference isn't to be taken lightly. A smelly, festering wound, oozing with puss and liquid, and flies upon it. Yet you still attach yourself to it. That is how God sees it and He wants your eyes opened.
A number of you have asked, “ but what should I buy, what should I store up?” totally missing what God was saying. I'm reminded of Jesus parable of the rich fool, in Luke 12:
18.“Then he said, ‘This is what I’ll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods. 19.And I’ll say to myself, “You have plenty of good things laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry.”’
20.“But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?’
21.“This is how it will be with anyone who stores up things for himself but is not rich toward God.”
It's the same thing, if God is telling you to prepare, yet hasn't specified “items” He's telling you, still, that you have life changes to make in preparation. You're to store away His word, practice hearing His Spirit. Don't be worried yet about “things”. He says:
“Consider how the lilies grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 28.If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today, and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith! 29.And do not set your heart on what you will eat or drink; do not worry about it. 30.For the pagan world runs after all such things, and your Father knows that you need them. 31.But seek his kingdom, and these things will be given to you as well.
If you're busying yourself by setting up stores and provisions yet neglecting the real meat and potatoes of a real relationship with God, you are lost and He is warning you:
ReplyDelete“Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom. 33.Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will not be exhausted, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys. 34.For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
A friend shared with me something that was told her. He asked, “How much have you eaten?” , huh? Then he told her to take her closed Bible and look at the binding. He said, “ see those cracks? That is where you've eaten the Word and the Word is in you, but do you see where it's smooth? That is the Word that is not inside you.”. How much of God's Word have you eaten? How much is living in you? How much treasure do you own?
So what of this Word of God spoken through Glynda? Read it over and over and again until the tears flow. You should be wanting and waiting to hear, “ well done, good and faithful servant”. Read, pray, listen and obey. If God tells you specifically to get “things” or do “things” then by all means do it, He will provide. If He tells you, “Watch and wait” then do it, that is His command and anything else will be fruitless.
“Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning, 36.like men waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him. 37.It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes. I tell you the truth, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them. 38.It will be good for those servants whose master finds them ready, even if he comes in the second or third watch of the night. 39.But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. 40.You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”
41.Peter asked, “Lord, are you telling this parable to us, or to everyone?”
42.The Lord answered, “Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom the master puts in charge of his servants to give them their food allowance at the proper time? 43.It will be good for that servant whom the master finds doing so when he returns. 44.I tell you the truth, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. 45.But suppose the servant says to himself, ‘My master is taking a long time in coming,’ and he then begins to beat the menservants and maidservants and to eat and drink and get drunk. 46.The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the unbelievers.
47.“That servant who knows his master’s will and does not get ready or does not do what his master wants will be beaten with many blows. 48.But the one who does not know and does things deserving punishment will be beaten with few blows. From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.
It doesn't get any clearer than this...
Dan
From my friend Sharon:
ReplyDeleteGlynda, as I read through the posted comments I see that there are a number of responses. Some are faith-filled and others are feeling the pressures of those on-coming judgments. I began thinking about these comments when the Lord spoke to me of several things. One was the story of Lot and how God sent His protection to him and to his family. Recently, the Lord showed me some unusual visions. Some of these visions revealed that portals would be opened up to provide a way of escape and that we would be led by angels. Remember Phillip’s ‘supernatural’ transport from the presence of the eunuch to a city about 30 miles away? INSTANTLY?
Also, during the same time the Lord reminded me of Elijah’s supernatural catching away when he left Elisha’s side. This reminds me of the passages in Matthew that say: ‘There will be two men in a field. One will be taken the other left’, and more like this. Think about these things. We must read and stay in the Word of God as He provides so much information for us if we will just take the time to read it. There are hidden notes in the Scriptures that only pertain to these end times. Those are supernaturally magnified as you read them. Do you have any idea how many times I’ve read them and never really thought about those passages? Now, when the Lord brings them to my mind they blaze up within me with real-time meaning. Now THAT’S what I’m talking about!!
The Lesson of the Story of Lot
In the nineteenth chapter of Genesis we learn many things. Two angels, male in form, were sent to the city of Sodom to deliver the Lord’s servant Lot and his family. As the men of the cities of Sodom, and Gomorrah, were sexual deviants, they saw the male angels and demanded that Lot send them out from his house to them. Lot instead offered his unmarried daughters ‘who had not known a man’. The city’s men rejected his offer and rushed Lot to get into his house. The angels ‘reached out their hands and pulled Lot into the house with them and shut the door’. Next, the angels blinded the men so that they could not find the door.
The angels told Lot to take his family, leave Sodom, and to go to safety into the mountains. Lot replied that he was afraid to go to the mountains ‘lest some evil befall him’ and asked them if he could go to the small city of Zoar. The angels agreed to let Lot and his family do so. However they said to him: “See, I have favored you concerning this thing also, in that I will not overthrow this city for which you have spoken. Hurry, escape there, for I cannot do anything until you arrive there”. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar. Lot warned his family that they needed to flee the area. Lot’s sons-in-law thought that he was joking and did not leave with the family. That’s a huge lesson for us; do not dismiss the warnings that God sends. If we truly have a relationship with God He will verify a message or a command.
‘The sun had risen upon the earth when Lot entered Zoar. Then the Lord rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the Lord out of the heavens.
Then the Lord destroyed Sodom, Gomorrah, all of the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities and what grew on the ground.
Genesis 19:29 And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when He overthrew the cities in which Lot had dwelt’.
We see in the preceding chapter, chapter 18, that God had warned Abraham of His intention to destroy the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. Abraham interceded for the inhabitants of those cities but there were not enough righteous men there to prevent the destruction. At the end of the discussion the Lord agreed not to destroy it for the sake of ten. We can only surmise that Lot’s family consisted of ten people.
(See Part II in Next Comment)
Part II
ReplyDeleteIn looking ahead to the impending judgments that are coming upon the world we can understand quite a few things from God’s destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. First, we must intercede for the areas in which our families live. God had formed a covenant with Abraham for his descendants. Second, we must trust that God will send His angels to warn us and to protect us. The angels rescued Lot twice; once from the men of the city and again when he asked if he could go to Zoar. The angels destroyed the two cities once Lot had reached his place of safety.
Now, as we read verse 29 we see this: And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when He overthrew the cities in which Lot had dwelt. God had made a covenant with Abraham for his family and for generations to come. So, God ‘remembered’ Abraham and His covenant and warned him of His plans for destruction. This shows us that Abraham was a prophet as God always tells ‘His friends, the prophets’ of His plans.
Unfortunately, Lot’s wife could not separate herself from the life she had known at Sodom, and had taken a last look as she left her home and all of her possessions.
In this prophetic message, ‘America Has Become A Festering Wound’, God appears to ask us if we are willing to separate from the world even if it means leaving all behind. I think that this is the most compelling question that He asks us. “Would you leave everything behind if I asked you to do so”? Think of a soldier going into battle. He does not take his home and his possessions with him. He takes what he needs. As we face the soon-coming judgments we must remember to take the Lord with us in faith. We also must listen to His voice for He may send angels to move us and our loved ones out of harm’s way. It may be a 12 hour notice or even less. Faith comes by hearing and hearing from the Word of God. We all need to stay in His word and watch, pray, and wait for His leading. Our lives may depend upon it.
Keep your eyes on Me, for I am your refuge. I am your strong tower. I will be your shelter in that time, in that hour. I am He who watches over you from above, who gives you breath and life and sustenance. You need not fear if you are truly Mine.
Note that in the last paragraph of this message that God says: I AM your refuge. I AM your strong tower. I AM He who watches over you from above.
God is the Great I AM as He is exactly WHO and WHAT He needs to be to us at all times. With strong comforting words like these who can possibly be afraid? Once during a wonderful praise and worship service the Lord spoke this to me: “I AM that I AM for such a time as this”. I have never forgotten His words and they have brought me tremendous strength.
Dear Sharon,
ReplyDeleteAmen and amen!
Deirdre
I am grateful for the warnings and the prophecies. I have been seeking and praying. I do not want to be among those playing with greasy grace.
ReplyDeleteI do ask though, will there ever be a time where Yah's people can laugh or expereince Joy? I am not talking about careless partying. I just mean the majority of what I hear I know we have to prepare for, it just seems everything is a coming tradgedy with tears and sorrow. HEAR ME I am not looking for smooth words or deceiteful prophecies. Many of his people have been stripped, stripped and stripped some more with the promise of more to come. Will the sun shine again where his people are concerned.
Demita - This is from my friend Rosy:
ReplyDeleteDemita,
The Lord placed this whole scenario before me this morning, maybe just for you? You are not alone in your questioning of 'will we ever see the sunshine again' or 'will we ever experience joy again'. the answer to both is 'yes". When God pours out His incredible power to those He can trust in these last days, when He moves in and through His people, like we've always hoped and dreamed of, even though the times will be very hard, the joy of the Lord you will experience will surpass anything you've known. The sunshine in your soul will outshine anything you've ever known. Don't get focused on the doom and gloom, or on the bad times. Its exciting times! You and I have the priviledge of being available for God to use, in the era that the whole Bible has been looking forward to. The prophets of old looked towards this time with anticipation. It will be, 'our finest hour'. It will be hard, but push through the vision of hard times and see the glory of God behind it. Remember, even the hard times won't last forever. Its a short season, it will be a quick work, God will not put on you more than you can bear. I have had many dreams of coming things, it will be hard, but the anointing will be there, God working in and through us.
Remember, we win.
Rosy
Hi Demita,
ReplyDeleteThe joy of the Lord is our strength. I know it sounds trite, but it's not. We here still enjoy laughing and joy, I spend time in unfathomable joy with my grand daughter. The time of gloom and doom is coming, but don't forget Paul and Silas in prison singing songs and rejoicing. Satan can cause you to dwell on the desperate, but God wants you to enjoy Him. That is the point He makes, redeem every minute now. Yes, smile laugh, even if it's laughing at someone else's attempts to control the world.
Laughter cures the heavy heart. It drives those in the world bonkers when I still just smile away in spite of the troubles.
Demita,
ReplyDeleteI just finished my book on Isaiah and can tell you most assuredly a great time of blessing is coming to God's people who remain faithful. The tribulation is not unbroken darkness and gloom. (Is. 9:1-2) The first four months will be very difficult, but those who wait on God for deliverance will experience a great time of blessing as God pours out his Spirit. Even the land (Palestine) will spring back to life and there will be a "garden of renown" during that time.
This great outpouring is mentioned in Isaiah 2 and the theme is repeated many times throughout the book and the other prophets.
The next few years leading up to the start of that Day will grow more difficult. The first few months of Tribulation will be difficult in the wilderness. But hold on! A great outpouring is coming.

Drew
Dream 3rd June 2012
ReplyDeleteI live in Europe. The dream was given to me sometime between 3:00 and 5:30 in the afternoon.
Someone, a man, is on the earth, he is here now.
I kept wanting to call him “it”.
He wants to trap and destroy as many souls as he can.
He gave his father’s address as the temple mount, the inner court.
I have heard from the LORD. This was not the LORD.
P.S. It is possible that the “dome of the rock” is built over the inner court of the temple. But this is my guess and not from the LORD.
P.P.S Before this I didn't know there was an inner court.
So True, Rosy!
ReplyDeleteI have sensed that joy in many of the dreams I've had of the future.
Shalom!

ReplyDeleteFor those who haven't seen this. I wanted to note Holly's remarks indicating all the "stuff" they had to move to help a friend. Remember, God has been calling repeatedly to lose our "stuff" and cling to Him, our spiritual stuff and our physical stuff.
By my count, there are already 10 states with wildfires. I'll be writing further on this later today.

ReplyDeleteHello all, this is for Drew:
ReplyDeleteIn the process of reading your book, and I have a question and some confusion I was hoping to clear up.
You say you don't believe in Replacement theology, (either do I) but they way you organize Israel (church) and Judah it seems that would create some momentum for the Replacement argument in that based on that sort of definitions it changes all the non-replacement hermeneutics, sorry if this is not as thought out as I would like.
Also you mention Rapture is at the end of Tribulation, I have a number of problems to overcome to find confidence in that, first that comes to mind and I will be brief is that to accomplish this one must believe Jesus raptures his Church at the end of big T, and then oddly comes back here to earth seamlessly...very non economical. Are you Amillenial? You don't believe in Premillennialism? Just exactly who does the church "rule and reign over" ? If their is no one left behind
I am simpatico with you in much of the certainty of We are at the very very end of this age, I see you have worked hard, however in the same Jewish marriage ceremony customs you use, this also adds much more gun powder to the Pretrib rapture I think
I am enjoying your work,
Robert Leonardo
