I Am He Who Delivers

I am able to help My people regardless of what befalls them in the future. The enemy shall indeed set many traps and snares for you, My children, but I am He who delivers from all things not of Me.

I am He who no man and no evil can stand before, for I am holy and righteous and there is none other like Me.

Fear not, little flock, for I am well able to protect you in what is coming. For those of you who fall into snares, I am able to set you free with a word. I am well able to do all My good pleasure in your life and there is none like Me, no, not in all of heaven or earth. There is no other who can deliver and none can deliver out of My hand.

Deut. 3:24: O Lord GOD, thou hast begun to shew thy servant thy greatness, and thy mighty hand: for what God is there in heaven or in earth, that can do according to thy works, and according to thy might?

Deut. 4:35: Unto thee it was shewed, that thou mightest know that the Lord he is God; there is none else beside him.

1Kings 8:23: And he said, LORD God of Israel, there is no God like thee, in heaven above, or on earth beneath, who keepest covenant and mercy with thy servants that walk before thee with all their heart:

2 Samuel 7:22: Wherefore thou art great, O Lord God: for there is none like thee, neither is there any God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears.

Daniel 3:17: If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.

Isaiah 43:13: Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it?

Isaiah 41:10:  Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Dear Glynda,
This was a comforting word for me this morning as we are facing an upsetting trial. My husband just picked up our daugther from a "Christian" camp outside of Atlanta b/c she called us and informed us that the worship pastor let the spirit of kundalini loose on all the kids!!!
She said some were laughing uncontrollably, their throats and mouths were burning, some of the kids were so hot, our daughter said she could feel their heat as if they were on fire. Some kids complained of not being able to breathe in which the "pastor" told them not to worry and just flow with it. One counselor was blocking the door and would not let my daughter outside. She finanlly convinced them that she didn't feel well and had to use the bathroom. Smart kid, she snuck her cell phone with her and called us. Folks this stuff is DANGEROUS!! Please pray for the rest of these kids that are affected by this demonic spirit and these adults/teachers who are allowing it. Maybe they know not what they do, but they are going to.

Wow, what perfect timing. I was having reall issues yesterday, being spiritually attacked. ( I shoulda figured, the night before we spent a great evening helping draw others closer to Him )

The spiritual attacks had me cowering in tears, I spent the evening in worship, reading many Psalms, and came to peace before sleep. Awoke today to find these words. Thank You and MANY Blessings in the name of Yeshua.

I ask Him to send a legion of Angels to watch over everyone reading these wrods, in protection curing these times, and cast out the deamons of doubt into the lake of fire in Yeshuas name.

I am also comforted by these words. I have been dealing with temptation/attack that I thought I would never have to face (or that I would be vulnerable to). I have been begging for Jesus to deliver me, so these words are very precious to me. Thank You Father!!

What a comforting word. As I had a little pity party, yesterday, about some wrongs done. It is only for a season and it will be gone by His word.

After reading the constant warnings to be prepared for the judgement to come, it is easy to become anxious about whether you are pleasing to the Lord or not. After reading this encouraging word from the Lord, He led me to read 1Sam 2:9 "He will keep the feet of his holy ones; But the wicked shall be put to silence in darkness; For by strength shall no man prevail." Also read psalm 121. Psa 121:7 "Jehovah will keep thee from all evil; He will keep thy soul."
Psa 121:8 "Jehovah will keep thy going out and thy coming in From this time forth and for evermore."
The word keep also means guarded and protected. 1Pe 1:5 "who by the power of God are guarded through faith unto a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time." If we desire to be pleasing to the Lord and to obey him in all things, He will give us grace and mercy. I believe the words coming forth of judgement on "Gods People" are for those in willful sin who refuse to repent and ignore all warnings as false prophecies.

I keep hearing from many people that God will protect and keep during what is to come and that his children need to have faith and pray and believe, but will God really protect us all the time from evil?

What about the Christians in Africa that are burned alive in their churches or beheaded in Iran or Afghanistan, etc. or who starve to death? I am sure these followers prayed like crazy, had much faith and believed in Christ. Yet, they were not protected from the evil that befell them.

I wonder if we should be remembering this and preparing for this possibility in our lives? That even though we are saved, believe, have faith, live to glorify God, we still may fall into terrible, horrible situations without the safety net. I think of John the Baptist and the Apostles.

Anyone else have thoughts on this?

scisme,

From the things the Lord has spoken to me, I believe He will protect us until it is time for us to go home, or unless it is part of His will to be subjected to something.

Demita said...

I am thankful for those who speak Yah's truth. that is what NEED!!

VJM said...

Glynda, your reply to "scisme," while fully being true does NOT then guarantee we too won't go through such horrors as much of the church has already. We would simply have to say then it was God's will or our time was up? Not exactly encouraging though esp when you consider believers in many parts of the world who are done away with in such ways are often far more devoted than us as it costs them far more.

I too wonder about the things scisme raises here. It doesn't sounds like any real assurance that we will be physically protected then, although , yes, spiritually--ultimately, thank God.

VJM said...

Glyda, has the Lord showed you any more on the on of perdition? I remember that word about his being here already and soon presented or something like that. TY.

The other thing is that, like two nights ago, I just stayed on my knees for hours until I was falling asleep, asking/begging God to show me his direction for my life so I don;t feel like I'm just spinning my wheels. I keep asking, and thanking God before hand but honestly, I really don't have any answers.

Glynda Lomax said...

VJM - As much as I would love to say we won't ever go through anything, the truth is, we live in the end of the end times and it would be a lie. The good part is this though, whatever we WILL go through, He will give us the grace to walk out, if we are walking close to Him. The greatest honor of all is to lay down one's life for His glory.

Glynda Lomax said...

VJM - No, He has not given me anything else about the perdition, either privately or for public release.

scisme,

horrible situations?

That's funny, do you not remember what Christ did for us ? He died a slow and agonizing death for our sakes lets not forget the humiliation he had to go through. Did humanity deserve such a sacrifice ? no considering the fact that the human race has always been a failure, but Christ gave himself for us anyway out of his infinite love and mercy.

Its an honor to be persecuted and brutally murdered for Christ's sake. Just like its an honor for any soldier to die in the line of duty.

Please keep in mind that the worst the world can do to us is kill our bodies(which are temporary anyways) and that's not exactly death, simply the beginning of eternal life. True death= Hell

Hi scisme,

In answer to your question about burnings and murder in Africa, consider Rev6:9-11

When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained. 10 They called out in a loud voice, “How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?” 11 Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and brothers who were to be killed as they had been was completed.

I feel a sermon coming on where the eschatologists will be all over me...

Demita said...

Part 1 @Aia125 I could be wrong, but I do not think that scisme was stating that we are beneath suffering nor do I think he/she disregarded the suffering of Y'shua. I think the question was a sincere one. Sometimes Yah's ways are hard to understand. We live in a world where sometimes where Yah allows the "cains" to live and the "Abel's"s die and the "cains"live marry, have children and build cities. Where Jezebel can have an innocent man (Naboth) killed for his family inheritance and live for about 20 more years doing wickedly. Even in the book of ecclesiastes 8:14 (the message version) says this, Here's something that happens all the time and makes no sense at all: Good people get what's coming to the wicked, and bad people get what's coming to the good. I tell you, this makes no sense. I see it over and over again Even what "God's fingers" said ties into this from the book of revelation about the righteous dead asking the Most High "when will we be avenged?"

We cannot blind ourselves to what we see. We know Yah' says he hates the wickedness of the wicked and loves the righteousness of the righteous but often we see with our own eyes many times the righteous get the shaft and the wicked spit in Yah's face and keep on moving. Where is Yah's protection? Why does he allow it? we ask. The truth is I do not know. We have to trust him that when it is all said and done he will reward those who have suffered and lost their lives for his sake and those who do wickedly are not getting away with anything. It is hard to understand when we see the opposite, but as Glynda also said essentially, when it is our time, it is our time. Y'shua suffered horribly for us when it was his time to lay down his life for us but until that time his life could not be taken from him.

We read about Daniel in the Lion's Den, Shadrach Meshach and Abendego, etc. but that was not everyone's outcome sadly, if we read hebrews 11 many lost their lives for a better resurrection. I think Daniel and the three hebrew boys were the exception in comparison to the thousands who did not obtain such a miraculous deliverance. John the baptist did his job and introduced the Messiah but Y'shua did not rescue him from the dungeon he was beheaded. John was faithful to the end but he was not delivered on this side of heaven.

Demita said...

(Part 2)We here in America especially have been sold a "fairytale" gospel where everybody gets out of the lions den unscathed and it does not always happen this way and as a result we are not prepared for the brutal realities of what it really means to walk with him. I do not like seeing that bitter side anymore than the rest of us do and I can only ask Yah to give me the grace to withstand whatever he allows with but we cannot avoid facing it. Some of us will expereince Daniel in the lions den escapes, but some will not. We have to be prepared for either side. it is a bitter pill to swallow, but we can only Look to the Most High to help us knowing that in the end we will be the victors if we stay faithful to him. He knows what we can bear. In the coming days do not be suprized if people you did not expect (young or old) start passing away suddenly. Did it ever occur to us that those who are taken it my be a mercy of Yah? Is 57:1 says "The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come." I know there are people in my family he is taking and for that very reason. I do not like to think about it, but I know it is his mercy and I thank him. But I reiterate, in the midst of all this, lets us remember I Cor 2:9, "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him."

In the midst of all this we have to find the grace to keep reminding ourselves and each other OUR KING IS COMING and our sorry will be turned into joy. He will indeed personally wipe the tears from our eyes. In the mean time we must occupy until he comes and hold on to his unchanging hand. SHALOM!

it seems like we can dwell our thoughts on the place were we die from one thing or another. Or, we can continue the thoughts to after we leave this tent. What would it show in the word? Life here and then dieing is the focus and the end? Or with Him during all life and things here, and after, more Him and all life and things with Him. If you've ever been persecuted as much as it is in america you know the power of the Holy Spirit that came to you at that time. I'd expect the worse persecution is, the more grace, love, joy, strength. Amazing, joy during such stuff. yeah joy. The term horror is also used for fear, Dieing isn't evil. Murder is evil etc.

Dieing is discouraging because we don't continue the thought, we stop and dwell on that 1 step. a step to what's after. Death isn't the focus either, it's Him. Could also the teaching about what was meant for bad God uses for our good apply here, also, overcome evil with good. If being murdered, it's out of our hands then, and in God's hands, might He overcome that evil with the good of then being with Him forever, and His rest, and everything. The revilers brought bad, God brought such an infilling of the Spirit and good came of it, and faith increased, and other, and a promise, knowing in the future the same would be, and always.

I suppose pain has some place in it, do a study on pain, early church, anything from recent persecution, accident victims accts, our own accidents. Had half the skin from upper torso ripped off, didn't hurt. Hurt about an hr later. other accidents, didn't much hurt, hurt later. If had died, then wouldn't have hurt at all, as no later in the tent/here, but with Him. Stephen was stoned, glowed 1st(appeared like an angel)..and during? what must he have felt..dunno. could have felt 10ft tall and full of joy and love. Some burned alive, sang praises while fires consumed, all sorts of accts and we can consider our accidents/pain etc. And could the teaching about not being subjected to more then we able apply to these things also? The Lord paid in full on the cross, suffered great pain and more. Supplies grace for each time. Was there a miracle within a miracle when paul was stoned and survived? I'd think he'd be all busted up, agony for many day's. Who knows, beyond me. Only thing I know is the grace that came at that time, some thoughts on lack of pain of my skin being ripped away, and knowing He said He brings the grace and helps in our times of need. So prepare to go all the way, dieing in the faith, anything short is neat then. Preparing is being full up in Him then, and not a focus on any event, it's always Him, eyes on Him. Closer to Him, seems death isn't as large as before, He's bigger.

I agree with "scisme" there is too much killing of christians everywhere. Even though the media is covering it up, thousands, maybe more are being killed in syria by the "rebels." I think of King David, when fleeing from saul, he met the priest and took the shew bread for food and the sword of goliath for protection. Our founders also knew this principle of faith with works, prayer and preparing for self defense, but we have lost it in this generation due to political correctness, and bad bible teachers. I believe the book of ether in placed in the Bible for a reason. Where God moves on behalf of His people, but mordecai also armed the Israeliets for self defense as well. In other words, we must do our part and God will do His. But if we expect God to do all, while we do nothing, I think we are in for a rude surprise.

Demita said...

@mark You said "Our founders also knew this principle of faith with works, prayer and preparing for self defense, but we have lost it in this generation due to political correctness, and bad bible teachers." You make an very interesting point.

One of the problems with history however I ask is what history is being told? I have no doubt that some of the founding fathers professed to be God fearing Christians but true historical accounts demonstrated that they were businessmen and opportunists first with God thrown in for measure. George Washington was a mason as were many of the "founding fathers" and masonry is demonic and you cannot serve two masters. Look at the dollar bill, I do not see Christian principles anywhere on there. The Washington monument is an Egyptian oblesk. Google about the central banking system, the Rothchild family and the 13 ruling families and you will see that there is more to this than meets the eye. When we say one nation under God what "god" is being addressed? we assume it is the Most High but IS IT??

There are and were some men and women who feared and served Yah (God) the best they could, but this emotional euphoria that people have about the history of this country is misleading. The people I talk to seem to always picture all the founding fathers speaking in tongues and praying in the spirit 24/7 perfectly behaved 100% walking in the ways of Yah (God) all the time. (yeah right) Many (as many do today) served Yah (God) as they pleased while using the bible and God's word to endorse them. Because if they truly feared Yah (God) they would not do what they do in his name. They would not have treated people who were different from them as they did. They wanted to use their faith and self-defence for themselves along with the desire for life, love and the pursuit of happiness, FOR THEMSELVES but what about others? (not so!) Not every action that this country has done has been in righteousness, many times this nation has used its power to bully and push around other nations, Just like ancient ROME. If this nation is truly serving Yah, Yah would not be giving Gylnda and others all these warnings about the coming judgement that is long overdue.

I wish it were simple to point our that it is the Bible teachers that are at fault for the spiritual wasteland we now see, but they are not responsible for teaching people the ways of Yah, it starts in the home. Yah instructed the children of Israel (the fathers) to teach their children the ways of Yah (Deuteronomy 6). A truly Godly nation starts with Godly families. That means walking in his ways as he made clear in his word and not as we please tacking "in Jesus name" on the end of whatever we do.I cannot speak for anyone but myself but I ask are we teaching our children the ways of Yah (God)?? are we walking in his ways or the ways that please us with his name attached on the end?

That is why this nation is in trouble now, because they continue to use God's name and blessings while doing what is right in their own eyes, this cannot continue. Sadly because the blessings and prosperity continue they see no need to change their ways.

From your answer could you expand then on what exactly are we promised "protection" from in this life? I keep reading about protection and yet it seems there are no guarantees and in fact we may well suffer just as much as the church around the world has which is as terrible as anything her eon earth actually.

Demita, ty for your write ups here.

Glynda, sorry, jsut re-read this word and in light of fact that we too can suffer horrid things here in person, then I'm not sure what this means:

"The enemy shall indeed set many traps and snares for you, My children, but I am He who delivers from all things not of Me."

Does that mean then that the faithful who are tortured or have their children taken away into evil things, actually have these things happen as it is "OF" God? surely not!! I pray the Lord gives you another word here in light of all the discussion here.

Posting for a friend:

Dear Scisme

I've been reading the comments here. I feel led to share my story with you.
I could be wrong about many things, but this is what the Lord has shared with me in my life. I thought it might help you with your questions.

I was…and in many ways am still like you. From childhood the thought of martyrdom and death for our Lord fill me with… distaste.. I've loved him before I knew him. As a child I loved His Spirit. But to throw away life, which fills me with such joy, for seemingly no purpose seemed gray and grim… for other people. I would joyfully do it to save another life…but just for the sake of dying. I think NOT. I'd rather live.

So in short I understand where you are coming from. In fact humanly we are mostly all the same I think. But life is funny and over the decades I have grown closer and closer to our Lord Jesus. I've lived my life foolishly at times, bringing myself by my own actions, to what should have been death. I was divinely protected. I then knew I had a purpose. Much later the Lord then revealed to me that in fact his desire for me was to die for him. (And my wife was shown this about me at the same time to confirm I think) And over the year he began to show me many things about it and martyrdom

It is not a foolish death. There are things about it we do not understand, but this world rests on the shoulders of people who die to themselves in Christ.
It is drinking from the same cup our Lord drank..

Saying all that here are some things that the Lord has shown me that I hope help you.

Never judge the Lord or your future by others christians around you, unless divinely enlightened or inspired by the Lord to do so. We most often don't see the whole picture or that persons relationship with the Lord. Often the evil one can twist things and bring fear that way. Focus only on your own relationship and you will see that he DOES care, and that you are perfectly protected when you walk with him. (Cont'd ...)

Glynda Lomax said...

(pt 2) To die for Him is a choice, and when it is time he reveals to his beloved ones when and how it will be. He has to me, and I've come to realize that he has to many others. I was often struck by this when reading accounts of christians dying in concentration camps. Often the nominal believers where the ones that came out with the stories of the great christians who willingly gave their life. Of note they did it willingly and knowing in advance.

Look at the lives of the first 11 faithful apostles. 10 loved life so much that they abandoned their Lord on the cross and RAN. Later all ten willingly gave their life for him. Only 1 who had already died to self stayed under the cross. So we should not be ashamed either. When it is not our time who can look bravely at death without the Lord?

So Scisme, do not be ashamed of not wanting to die. No one does. And I do know this. If you trust in him and walk with him you are perfectly protected. And if a death for Him is something for you, then when the time comes you will have a choice, you will know, and you will have strength.

And finally the best for last, although I would die for Jesus with no reward, there IS a reward. I do not know the details but the Lord has shown me some things about this to help me understand. We are coming to a new Kingdom/time/age in Christ. When the time for His reign comes there will be a wonderful 1st resurrection of Christians who have already died. Families will be reunited and there will be great Joy. Those who were martyrs for Jesus will be his priests and it is a position that can not be bought or traded. (From the old testament, I do not remember the place he showed me unfortunately) Priests is a metaphorical term, but I know it will be a great Joy. Also we will not be subject to death again. Whereas those who have not died will be.

So hold steady, this life is short. When it is time you will feel no fear. I was recently tested/shown this by the Lord . I was lead into a situation where I was sure I would be killed. Oddly felt no fear at that time and he was truly with me. So now I know when the time comes I will face it with him and without fear.

In Christs Love, Amen.
