Walk In Truth

My People, you must guard your lives, your minds and your ministries all the more today and going forward, from attacks of your adversary. He seeks to tear down what I have built through you, and his ways are very subtle.

Attacks of unholy alliances (I saw in the spirit people who claim to be working for God who try to get you to go in with them on something, but really are doing the work of the enemy), attacks to discredit not only My Name, but yours also (this is so your ministry will become ineffective).

Ask Me for more discernment for the attacks are increasing even now. Not all you see or hear is from Me, and you must walk in My Spirit to discern the difference.

Do not be deceived, My Children. Walk in the truth of My Light.

1 Peter 5:8  8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

John 17:17  Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

  1. I had an interesting dream last night I'd like to share with you.

I was in a room filled with many people who all looked to be normal when someone told me to be sure and check each persons hands and feet. And when I did I noticed a person who had cloven hoofs instead of hands and feet. I was then told that Satan appears as an angel of light and if we aren't discerning checking close we may not detect him.

    Any thoughts?

  3. Jocelyn Meredith - I think the meaning of that dream is clear - discern the enemy among you! Alot of us having that experience in everyday life even now. God bless you, Sis!

  4. Maria - It's good that you ask this question - I asked the same thing when I was a new Christian. Walking in God's Spirit means you are being led by His Spirit inside you. Let me explain - whenever you spend time in His Word each day, reading and studying, and spend time worshipping Him each day (like singing praises to Him, really adoring Him), and truly try to do everything in life as you know He would want you to - walk in love, obey the commandments, then you remove the barriers between you and Him. (every sin erects a barrier between us and God, and keeps us from being able to hear Him speak or fully enjoy His Presence). You become filled on the inside with His Spirit (a very joyful feeling, and very comforting!). When this happens, as you encounter people, places or things, anything really in daily life, you can feel His Spirit inside you agree or not agree with what or who you are encountering. This is called the "witness of the Spirit," or His Spirit "bearing witness" with something or someone. When you listen to a sermon and it feels like God is drawing you to it is kind of an example. Whenever His Spirit inside you does not agree with something or someone, that is called "feeling a check" in your spirit. That is God telling you something or someone is not okay, not of Him. Also, when you are full of His Spirit from walking closely with Him every day in your life (as described - through His Word, worship and obedience), whenever you are doing His Will for your life, or doing the right thing, or what He wants you to do, you will feel inside this great peace, even if chaos is all around you, even if no one else agrees with what you are doing (I talked about this in The Wilderness Companion book - God spoke to me to pack up and move and didn't even tell me where I was going. I was out of work and only had a small savings...so many people told me I must have heard wrong, they thought I was crazy, etc., but I had this crazy peace the whole time. I knew it was God. That peace leads you (Philipians 4:7: And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.) as you go through your life, and have to make this decision or that one. He guides you through that peace, and through His Spirit bearing witness or giving you a "check" (a drawing back) in your spirit so you know which way to go at all times and who to stay away from. The key to walking in His Spirit like that is to draw very near to Him (Word, worship, obedience) and keep the sin out of your life so there are no barriers between you and Him (and keep the strife or fighting and arguing out of your life and atmosphere, too, because that also affects it).

I hope this helps you to understand - walking in the Spirit, being led by the Spirit of God is the most wonderful and peaceful life you can lead on earth!

God bless you, Sis! You ask questions on here any time you need to - if I don't have time to answer, someone will! ~ Glynda

  6. Jocelyn Meredith - Here is the meaning of the dream according to The Word of God.

Our hands are representative of our actions. Having unclean hands symbolizes doing sinful actions. We read in James 4:8 "Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners". We also see Pilate washed his hands when he took the decision of Jesus crucifixion, symbolizing he was sinless.

Our feet are repesentative of our life style. Having unclean feet symbolizes that because we live in a sinful world we sometimes soil our lives with sin. That is the reason why God appeared to Moses in a flame of fire in the middle of a bush and asked Moses to take his shoes off. Moses could not approach The Holy One of Israel if first the sin was not removed from him (taking his shoes off). Later on, we read in the gospel of John that Jesus washed his disciples feet. Same principle took place in that event. That was an act Jesus did to depict the removal of sin in the disciples lives. Having clean feet means walking in holiness.

Now, let's look what unlocks the meaning of the dream. According to the law of Moses (Leviticus 10:10) there is diference between that what is clean and that what is not, between that what is holy and that what is not. In Leviticus 11 God said Moses there were certain animals to be considered unclean. One of those animals was the pig, which is a cloven hoofed animal. In the jewish culture the pig came to be synonymous of impurity, defilement and that which is contrary to holiness. In the New Testament we see Jesus uses this ilustration in the parabole of the prodigal son, we see the prodigal son lost the privilge of being the heir and came to point of being one who longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating. A similar ilustration is also used in 2 Peter 2:22 "It has happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog turning to his own vomit again, and the sow that had washed to wallowing in the mire".

The dream is a warning about sharpening our spiritual discernment to avoid being deceived. I suggest reading the book: Good or God? Why Good Without God Isn't Enough. of John Bevere. Any of his books are greatly recommended, he is a true servant of the Lord, with real passion for the true gospel of Jesus.
