Rise Up and Fight the Enemy

Rise up! Rise up, mighty warriors, for I am calling you to your posts! Be armed and ready to defend your King.

A war rages around you, My children, the ancient war between good and evil and many of My people have laid down their weapons and are no longer fighting for what is right in My eyes. They have ceased to battle their own evil desires though My word clearly states what is evil and what is good. They allow the evil one to run rampant in their hearts and minds, spreading lustful thoughts, malice, gossip, slander and wicked schemes.

You are polluted by his influence, My children, and I desire you would become clean. I desire you would wash yourselves clean in the water of My word and turn from wickedness, renounce the ways of the enemy among you. I desire you would walk upright before Me.

A house divided cannot stand. You cannot side with the enemy some of the time and Me some of the time and win battles for Me. You must be wholly for Me and My kingdom or the vices of the evil one will eventually overtake you.

Do you not see? Do you not know that he desires to destroy you through your own weaknesses? Rise up and fight him, My children! Do not allow yourselves to become his victims. Fight him with the weapon of truth - My holy word.

Truth and light will always overcome darkness and deception. He has deceived you into believing his is the better way when it is not. You must turn back to Me while there is still time if I am to save you from what is to come in the earth.

Disasters of great magnitude lay ahead for those who dwell in the earth but My children shall be protected if they listen and obey My voice, if they heed My voice of warning to them.

If you refuse my instruction, you shall perish.

Gal. 5:!6: This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

Col. 3:8: But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.

Titus 3:3: For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

James 1:15: Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Prov. 10:18: He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool.

Prov. 6:14-19: These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Ezek. 14:11: That the house of Israel may go no more astray from me, neither be polluted any more with all their transgressions; but that they may be my people, and I may be their God, saith the Lord GOD.

Mark 3:25: And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.

Psalm 84:11: For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

John 10:10: The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

  1. A war does rage around God's children
evil is spreading like wild fire. We see it in our cities and towns every day. Oh how we need to cry out to the Lord so that we may be able to escape all that is about to happen in the earth.

Glynda you are right on with this word. God bless you.

  2. I have translated this word in Dutch and did tell in in front of church this morning. When I had done this I did read the story in the bible about Peter and John (act 3) that heal a person in Jesus name and I got the thought that only can God heal cripple persons when spoken truth to them. Like is mentioned in Hebrew 12:11-13 I think many churches and persons are cripple.

I pray that this work will work something out.

  3. The words given here continually come to mind as I push forward in seeking God more and more. I wanted to share something with you that happened to me today. I truly believe this was from God, but as I always say, please read it, pray and ask God to speak to your heart/spirit.
    --------------------------

Early this morning, around 8:00am or so, I began to get a strong restlessness within my spirit. Initially, I thought it was the enemy trying to distract or discourage me in my faith. I sat at my desk at work and continued to pray through it.

After an hour passed, I began to feel physically sick and was fighting the notion to cry. I reached out to a friend and told them what was going on, asking them to lift me up.

I asked God to show me what these feelings and restlessness was about as a sense of urgency began to grow in my spirit. I distinctly heard a still small voice say, "Pull out your Bible and I will show you."

I opened it up and this is what I immediately read:

    EZEKIEL 14:12 - 14
The word of the Lord came again to me saying: "Son of man, when a land sins against Me by persistent unfaithfulness, I will stretch out My hand against it; I will cut off its supply of bread, send famine on it, and cut off man and beast from it. Even IF these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job were in it, they would deliver ONLY themselves by their RIGHTEOUSNESS," says the Lord God.

After reading this, I wrote these words down that felt were from God as well --
***Pray! Pray! Pray, My people. Seek Me. Pray for others to seek Me. Soon, time will be no more and many cries will go unheard. My heart is grieved by continued sin and rejection of my name.***

I then felt in my spirit that the tears and sickness I was experiencing was God's heart that is sad and broken because people are not listening to His call.

God is TRULY calling out to people to get ready. Will we listen?

  4. Hope, Thank you so much for that comment. I awoke this morning with a great urgency to intercede for America, which is rare for me. It moved me to the point that as I prayed, tears were filling my eyes. At 6:00 a.m. when I am barely awake, that is NOT common for me at all. I believe the extreme drought we are seeing in the southwest is the Lord performing Hosea Chapter 4 - because the priests of the land are refusing to rebuke sin, the land withers. News outlets are already calling it the worst drought since the dust bowl of the 1930's. It is affecting growing crops and cattle and I don't know what all else, but in the end, that all affects our food supply.

  5. Glynda,

I'm sitting here on the couch with tears welling up again. It's hard to step out in faith and share something you feel is from God for fear of being criticized or mocked. But I have come to the conclusion that I would rather be laughed at than to stand before God, ashamed for NOT telling people.

Thank you for your faithfulness in sharing what you feel God has given you. It has encouraged me a bit more, as I am sure it is others as well. We must stand up together in Christ, praying for those around us. As I recently heard, it's time to take authority and take back what the enemy has stolen!

  6. Hope - Keep speaking the truth, all that matters is that we obey Him. Have you visited the live chat room lately? Earlier some of them were talking about the feelings they had today that something is about to happen. I have tons of work this week and couldn't join in, but sometimes I just watch to see what everyone is talking about, and to pray for those who visit the chat. God bless you - hang in there!

  8. Rom 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light....2Cr 6:7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,....Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil....Eph 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.... Satan's method of operation is to divide and conquer. As long as we stand on the truth of God's word, Satan and his evil ones have no power over us. How much more stronger are we then; as an army prepared for battle. Stay Strong My Friends!

  9. thanks Glynda for all these wonderful messages, and the posts which are very encouraging. I feel also that time is short as Jesus keeps calling out to us to wake up, but I think many are not heeding His words.
