Many Unexpected Changes

I was in my prayer time and I began to inquire of the Lord why some of us seem to be going through such an intense time of one change after another when He began to speak this word to me.

My people, you are passing through a time of mighty changes in this time. Not only in your governments and nations, but in your lives as well. Some of you are being prepared for your destinies in Kingdom work. Many unexpected changes have happened and continue to happen in your lives, causing you to cry "Why?"

Fear not, My children, for all your times are in My hands and I know every detail of your sufferings and they are not unnoticed by Me.

There are times of stripping away that must take place in the lives of My chosen ones and only I know how to accomplish that which I desire and how to best do it in each of you.

Flow with these changes, My children, though at times the enemy will try to convince you your God has abandoned you, you know I never will. Encourage yourselves in My Word. Encourage each other in the faith, as My disciples of old did.

Know in your heart that you are all witnesses to a time in history many before you have desired to see!

Fear not when people or things are stripped from your lives, but praise Me instead - praise Me that I have a mighty purpose for you and My wisdom is far greater than your own. Praise Me and cling tightly to My hand and I will guide you through this time of great changes in your life.

Do not fear, My child, only believe in Me to carry you through.

Eccl. 3:1-3:  To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:  2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;  3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

Matthew 13:17:   For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Isaiah 29:16:  Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?
Jeremiah 18:6:  O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the Lord. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.

John 15:1-2:  I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.  2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
Romans 8:18: or I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

1 Samuel 30:6:  And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God.

Matthew 28:20:  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Isaiah 41:10:  Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

  2. What a blessed Word of encouragement for us and our son and daughter-in-law as our grandson was stillborn on Wednesday and questions abound. God is faithful to speak to us and comfort us and lead us in His way and purpose.

God bless you Glynda as you continue in His work, we pray for your continued healing and full restoration.

    1. Dan, I cannot imagine the ghastly agony your son and daughter-in-law are enduring right now. I am so, so sorry for their loss, as well the rest of the family's loss of that precious little muffin. He has gone ahead to scope things out for his Mommy and Daddy, and will shortly give them a grand tour of their heavenly home--never to be separated again! May the Holy Spirit comfort the hearts of you all.

  4. My divorce is final on the 7th. After inquiring of the Lord, it seemed through dreams and various confirmations that I am to "strip" myself of my married name. At first, when so many lies were coming to light, I wanted to do this because I was so hurt and angry. Then as time went on and I began to pray for the Lord to help me forgive, love, pray for and bless my husband, I began to think I really should keep the name for the sake of our three children and was settling into keeping my married name until I had a dream where this issue of stripped came up. Believe it or not, the idea of losing my married name now that I am no longer angry about things is the more uncomfortable thing for me to do... it seems like (in my flesh) the opposite thing I should do and that it will only make it more painfully obvious all of which I have been stripped. I will obey, but it does have me crying out for grace to trust Him through this process! This word is encouraging and confirming... also the word CLING in this word is specifically and especially EXACT in its encouragement. The enemy has accused me in prayer that all I am is needy and crying... Of course God's Word declares the rightness of this and that we are to come to him who is meek and lowly of heart and that we can trust our burdens to his care, but this confirms again that this is exactly what Jesus wants from me... me specifically... right now. Thank you.

  5. I posted a moment ago, but not sure you received it. This issue of "stripped" has come up many times in the last two weeks. My divorce is final on the 7th. This has been and intense time in recent weeks... lots of seeking, lots of clouds of confusion, lots of crying out, lots of dreams and confirmations. This is a very encouraging word. The enemy has accused me in prayer that all I do is cry about myself and how pathetic I am. Of course God's Word tells us all over the place how right it is to come to Him for rest, that he is meek and lowly of heart... but this word speaks so specifically right now in this place of all that is being stripped from my life, right down to my last name. Thank you for this word, Glynda and I do hope you are fully recovering! Blessings be yours!

  8. I was praying over this word this morning, because of course I have not enjoyed the times of "stripping away" that have occurred in my life, and I don't mind saying I feel like so much has been stripped away over the years already that the thought of more terrifies me.

I am in a period where the Lord is refining my hearing, and I believe he spoke this word to me and told me to share it on this blog:

The Lord God says, verily I say unto you: what I am about to do on the earth will shock many. Men will say "There is no God, for no good God would do this." Tell them I am a righteous God, and I am powerful. My ways are just. For I have not called man to a life of comfort and ease but to a life of servitude. Forsake all and follow me, and I will lift you up. In me, you will lack nothing, for I am abundance itself. Call on my name, and I will answer. I will make your paths straight. I am he who saves. I am he who delivers.

Out of the depths of darkness I deliver my people. Fear not, for I am with you. Have I not blessed you? Believe, and you will have even more, says the Lord. For I delight to bless those I love.

The Lord God is good, even when it appears otherwise. My righteous judgments must fall, otherwise no one would see and repent. For my people turn to me in adversity--it has always been so. (I sensed the Lord sighing here.)

I do not desire to punish. I desire to give life. But how can I give life to those who have chosen death? My people must choose. I can help them choose, but I cannot choose for them. I can bring them into situations where they must rely on me, but many will not. Many will curse me instead.

Tell my people to choose me. Tell them I am mighty to deliver and save. Tell them I am only trying to get their attention.

To those who overcome, I will give a mighty testimony. They will be lights unto the earth in a time of darkness, and the world will shine because of them.

    Shalom.
