I Knew You

So many things in your lives that you regret, that you feel you did wrong; and sins, that is true.  (I saw He meant the sins were wrong, of course.)

But remember this, I am God of all. I knew you before I formed you in the womb. I order even the dew drops on the blade of grass. I know when each sparrow falls. Think you not I knew you?

Do you not think I knew what you would do before you were born? Yea, I knew, and also planned your life. I have a plan to use all that you regret, My child. I have a plan to glorify Myself through all you do and have done.

If you will submit and yield to My spirit, this will I do.

As it turned out, this week's podcast was about how to release your regrets. You can listen to it here:

Matthew 10:28-30
28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.
30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

Jeremiah 1:5  Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Genesis 50:20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.

Proverbs 3:5-7
5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil.

  7. It's a lonely walk knowing your called out despite mistakes , this post so has touched my heart , more than any before , when you know you have a job to do , your KNOW , what's even more errie , is when you can see it in the bible ( book of revelation ) , it's exciting , but eerie ,but is a lonely path to follow ,you try and tell friends and family , they think your mad , you try to talk to others , and they think your decieved , and the rest just want to concentrate on your past or wait for you to slip up in the future , 15 years ago God stopped me in my tracks , no one else , just me and him , he told me stuff that made NO SENSE WHAT SO EVER THEN , since then , plenty of mistakes , loads of spiritual battles , but he knew I'd still be here ! And it truly is by Devine appointment , I want to full fill it , but I never chose it , if it wasn't him stopping me , I would still be one of the lost sheep without a shepherd , I would of never believed otherwise , so overwhelmed by this post , and is a good reminder that with God , WE ARE NEVER ALONE

  9. There's a saying: "..if I had known".

Thank You Lord for this Word of promise and hope. I only pray, trust and believe in the Mercy of God; that He will give me a second chance in this life time. To have again those things I threw away by my own hand, due to ignorance, blindness and sin.

May God have great Mercy on me. Thank you Jesus My Lord.

  11. Can you pray for me? I'm supposed to be at Fire of God International Church in Fremont, Ca. I went there to attend a Holy Fire Revival meeting with Pastor Yong Doo Kim this year March and Pastor Steve Yong Kim put me on a bus back to Colorado, he told me to honor my parents and find a job. I cannot stay with my parents. I believe it is God's will to attend Fire of God Church in California but they told me I am not allowed to come back and they will place restraining order. Can you please pray for me?

  12. Dear Mark Pierce,
I understand what you mean about being alone. Yes sometimes it can be a lonely road to walk in the call of God, especially if it's an unusual call. I think of Mary and when she was told that she would bear the Son of God, the Word says, She pondered these things in her heart. I think there is something to learn from Mary in this, she was wise to keep it to herself and ponder it. No one would have understood if she would have went out and started telling her family and friends, "Hey an angel came to me and told me that I would become pregnant and bear the Son of God!" She probably would have gotten herself stoned by them. First they would have accused her of playing the harlot because she was unmarried and pregnant. And that's just the beginning of the accusations. Most often, when God speaks to us about our call, He doesn't want us to go and tell others. Yes we can be excited about it, and want to praise God with others, wanting them to rejoice with us. But the Lord wants us to remain humble, and to guard and protect that which He has given us, and in time those who are in our lives when His world is fulfilled will see what God is doing and will give Him glory. Let another praise you, and not yourself, as the Word says. Many of those used by God live a lonely life, and part of that is because they are very misunderstood, and also the Lord has brought them through strange and unusual trials, breaking and humbling them, to prepare them for the call, yet to some of those looking at their lives they judge according to what they see, rather than with righteous judgments, saying, If God was with them, then this wouldn't happen to them. Yet Wisdom is justified of her children. Matthew 11:19 Don't be discouraged my brother, what you are experiencing, many of your brethern have gone through the same thing, even Paul said... 1Co 4:9 For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.
1Co 4:10 We are fools for Christ's sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised.
    Jas 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Jas 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
Jas 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
1Pe 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
1Pe 5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
1Pe 5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
The trials are not forever, He is refining you and preparing you for what He created you for, don't loose heart in well doing, in due season you will reap a reward if you faint not. Ask the Lord for the strength to endure and overcome so that you will come into all that He has created you for. God bless you.

  13. Thank you Glynda for this message. I feel like the Lord was speaking to me directly. I have had a very tough week and the past couple of weeks. Regretting with every fiber of my being why I made a certain decision because it has now weighed on me very heavily and how I have messed up my life. I am vey thankful for this and I would now just like to submit and yeild to the spirit like the Lord wants. Not sure how though?

  17. Once, Jesus asked a small group of us who prayed together to get a book and read it. The revelations in this book- "Pistis Sophia" (the name means 'faith wisdom') helped us better understand some important lessons He was teaching us by revelation. Here Jesus explains how He knew us before He formed us,even before He laid the foundations of the earth. I believe you can download a free copy these days, but the book is one of few that I recommend, & I keep a copy with my bible. We need to know "we are a soul" first, having an earthly experience in a physical body suit, second. Remember the word: "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather, fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell?" (Matt 10:28) rick/AK
