My children, I have spoken to you about the sin in your
lives. Some of you have listened and walked away from sin (I saw He is not just
talking about sexual sins here, but other sins as well – what we would call “little”
sins). Many of you have continued as though I had not spoken at all.
To you who have continued, if you persist in maintaining sin
in your lives, you will become part of the darkness that abounds. If you walk
in holiness and purity before me, you will be surrounded by light in that time.
The choice in this matter is yours, but I do not bless or
protect what is sinful.
If you are Mine as you say you are, yet you continue in sin,
I will now give you over to that sin and you will suffer its consequences, I
will not protect you from the consequences of frolicking on the enemy’s
playground.
Consider carefully children whether the pleasures you enjoy now
are worth that result.
Galatians 6:8
- 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh
reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap
life everlasting.
Genesis 6:11-13
- 11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth
was filled with violence.
- 12 And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was
corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.
- 13 And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come
before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and,
behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
John 8:32-36
32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make
you free.
33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never
in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you,
Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but
the Son abideth ever.
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be
free indeed.
Romans 1:24
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through
the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between
themselves:
Romans 6:6
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him,
that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve
sin.
