Come and Know Me Better

Children, I have called you to come into My holy Word and know Me better. So many of you fail to make any time for Me at all, yet you long to hear from Me.

Do you not know this is how I desire to speak to you? Through My Word as we sit quietly together and reflect upon it?

So many who say they are Mine have made no room in their lives for Me. They sit in pews with their eyes open but they do not see, their minds wander and they do not understand. They afford Me no other time in their week that I may teach them or draw near to them.

When the time comes for them to enter My Kingdom, I shall send them away for they have not known Me at all and their profession of belief in Me is only words.

Matthew 7:21-23

²¹ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

²² Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

²³ And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Jeremiah 29:13 - And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. 

Psalm 119:10 - With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.

Hosea 6:3 - Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
