I desire
to be God and Provider and Healer and your peace in every area of your life. For so many of My
children, I am only God over an area where they need Me, where they cannot
provide something I give them.
In each
of your lives, there are areas where you have always been blessed. For some of
you those are financial blessings. For some, your health has always been
blessed. For others it is family or your mind, career, prestige or some other
area. But in every life there are long standing blessings I have given you.
My
children, there is a new test coming into your lives. I forewarn you that you
may be watching for it to arrive.
The test
coming will test the areas you take for granted now. The areas you thought
unshakable, that have just always been there. For many of you, something will
be taken away – you will lose finances, health, position (importance) or
capabilities you always had before. Families will fall apart suddenly as strife
or adultery enters in. Careers will be destroyed in a moment.
In
whatever area this test arrives, I desire you would learn to trust Me. I desire
to be God over every area of your life. I desire you would acknowledge your
need of Me in all the areas of your life.
Many of
you will enter a wilderness season in this time of a kind you have not seen
before. Cling to Me, I am walking with you there. Do not fear the coming test,
but rejoice! Your faith grows stronger and you will see aspects of Me you never
knew before.
I desire
to increase you and bless you as you learn of Me. I am all you need, though you
do not see it yet.
1 Peter 4:12-19
·
12 Beloved, think it not
strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange
thing happened unto you:
·
13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye
are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed,
ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
·
14 If ye be reproached for the
name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon
you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.
·
15 But let none of you suffer
as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's
matters.
·
16 Yet if any man suffer as a
Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
·
17 For the time is come that
judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what
shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
·
18 And if the righteous
scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?
·
19 Wherefore let them that
suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in
well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
Heb 2:9-11
· 9 But
we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of
death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste
death for every man.
· 10 For
it became him, for whom [are] all things, and by whom [are] all things, in
bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect
through sufferings.
· 11 For
both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified [are] all of one: for
which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
1 Pet 5:10 - 10
But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ
Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish,
strengthen, settle [you].
Phil 4:12-13
· 12 I
know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all
things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to
suffer need.
· 13 I
can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Prov 24:10 - 10
[If] thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength [is] small.
2 Cor 12:9 - 9
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made
perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my
infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Jas 1:2-4
· 2 My
brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
· 3
Knowing [this], that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
· 4 But
let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire,
wanting nothing.
Rom 12:1-3
· 1 I
beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your
bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your
reasonable service.
· 2 And
be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your
mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will
of God.
· 3 For
I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to
think [of himself] more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly,
according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
Matt 4:1-2
· 1 Then
was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
· 2 And
when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
