I keep seeing a huge, monster tornado in my spirit, but
there has been so much bad weather the last few weeks, that of course I wondered
and prayed about if it was a natural
imagination, and not a supernatural warning from the Lord. But after much
prayer, it has continued to come to me again and again – large and black, like a
huge wedge tornado that appears out of nowhere and takes over the sky.
I feel like it will hit near a large city (like Dallas), and
that there will be much loss of life, because I see with this one, they never
saw it coming …. Like today, we have a “tornado watch,” meaning conditions are
favorable, but tornadoes can strike so suddenly, and bring so
much death.
This one hits a popular suburban type area where there are many
families. There is no time to prepare. The only ones who know it is coming are
those the Lord Himself has warned, who hear Him and obey, and have gone to
safety in a basement or storm shelter.
I really feel this one hits in Texas, and this spring. It could
be today, I don’t know when. I just keep getting this over and over.
Well its been on the news everywhere ..tornados all over Texas even in Dallas..
ReplyDeleteWill pray Glynda!
ReplyDeleteThis weather is not natural. I have never seen storms like this in all my life. Your vision is definitely a warning. We got caught in a major wind-rainstorm coming home from the store today. I turned my head for a split second and saw a very tall tree fall over, almost ripped from it's roots. The scene keeps playing over and over in my mind. I believe this is a warning from the Lord, as well. I will be praying!
ReplyDeleteWe had a tornado in SW Houston yesterday. From what I heard it did some damage to an old apartment building where families had to be evacuated or something. It was on the news here.
ReplyDeleteWe need to pray more.
Will pray....

ReplyDeleteSue M. - I was raised in North Texas, and also lived a number of years in Western Oklahoma. I have never seen anything like what we are seeing this year, and I have not found a single person who has among those I have asked, even into their 70's, people say they've never seen this!
ReplyDeleteI am reminded of the song," Blowing In The Wind" by Peter, Paul, and Mary. The verse, "the ANSWER my friend is blowing in the wind, the Answer is blowing in the wind. The Hebrew word for wind is Ruach. It also means breath or spirit. Ruach HaKodesh means Holy Spirit. We must listen to the Spirit. He will give us the answer. I felt that the Lord wanted me to share this. After all, this past weekend was Shavout-Pentecost, the time when Moses received the ten commandments and the disciples received the Holy Spirit. This all ties in some way.
ReplyDeleteWas this literal or is this symbolic of the whirlwind of The Lord which in scripture symbolizes judgment?
ReplyDeleteunfortunately, as many of you already know, they are man made tornados through the use of HAARP, sometimes having to do with Nexrad towers, or other technology
ReplyDeleteJames Edwards - I am literally seeing a monster tornado striking in my spirit, and it comes to me again and again. This is generally how the Lord gives me these forewarnings of events, other than open visions, so it is literal.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI have a feeling about this too...I feel like God is using the natural to also convey a supernatural truth. Here is an article this reminded me of...

Also, yes, I agree @SueM, this season of Pentecost/Shavuot is a time when God shows very specific instructions and visions to people. He is always speaking...but I feel this season especially is about that. Here is an article that reminded me of...in my own life it really resonated with my Spirit.

Everyone who knows ahead of time...prepare and do what you're supposed to do...that's the whole point of knowing...to prepare and help others. Don't be afraid.

Psalm 19:1-2(NIV)
For the director of music. A psalm of David.
"The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they reveal knowledge."

1 John 4:18 (NIV)
" There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love."
Glynda,
ReplyDeleteAfter reading your most recent e-mail, I wanted to share this with you:
About a month ago I saw a vision of Dallas being a demolished mess with smoke rising. I shared this with my daughter and family and had cautioned them not to go into Dallas only unless the Lord was in it. Just yesterday again I mentioned this at our picnic gathering....”stay away from Dallas.” I do not know when or why this will happen, but out of the clear blue I was impressed to share this again with the same caution.
Prayerfully,
Yvonne Boltz
Glynda,
ReplyDeleteDo you have any sense of how soon this will happen, as Dallas and the surrounding areas are to be hit soon tonight.
I watched your videos today and have been watching the weather there since.
Praying! Trusting ABBA to have HIS will and plan. ABBA does not give us a spirit of fear. He gives us spirit of power, of love and a sound mind! I Timothy 1:7
Blessings,
Sharri Compton
Sharri - I don't. I live about 40 miles north of Dallas myself. All we can do is warn, and pray.
ReplyDeleteRobert Claiborne had a sense on Tuesday night that something was getting ready to hit Galveston Texas.
ReplyDeleteRobert is from Philadelphia PA
I live in Grand Prairie. This is causing me some concern, naturally. I went through my very first tornado warning a week or two ago and while it may've been no big deal for those used to it, it scared me because I wasn't sure what the sirens actually meant. To me, they may as well have been saying "Whelp, you're dead. Nice knowing you.". So if a huge monster tornado is coming to my area, I'm going to be pretty nervous, I think. I know the Lord can call me home when and how He wishes, I just don't want it to be with a 2x4 through the chest, or something extremely violent of that nature that would likely hurt a lot.
ReplyDeleteGiven I live in Grand Prairie, and on the second floor no less, this one makes me a bit nervous. I know the Lord can take me home when and how He sees fit, but I'd really like a violent tornado to not be the methodology of choice, if I am allowed any small say in the matter.
ReplyDeleteDerek Lockhart - If it is any comfort to you, I really don't believe Grand Prairie is the popular suburb. I think it is more likely some place like Frisco, if the city is Dallas.
ReplyDeleteI was always told seeing Tornadoes in visions or dreams meant a change in the spirit, or a war being waged on your behalf. How can you discern between the the two?
ReplyDeleteChris S - It depends on the other symbols and elements in the dream or vision. In my case, what I was shown was specific to place "a popular suburb" would not have any other meaning but placewise. When/If this tornado happens (many of us are praying against it, of course), I believe when/if the news describes it, they will say "monster tornado" and "a popular suburb." I often get forewarnings as newspaper headlines or newscast descriptions like this, maybe because for a time, I worked as a freelance journalist. I have dreamed of tornadoes many, many times over the years. They are generally warnings of trouble in business in dreams.
ReplyDeleteWondering if this means an economic collapse?
ReplyDeleteWondering whether this foretells an economic collapse since it appears to be so massive....
ReplyDeleteRevelation 10:4 Yahweh is Roaring!
ReplyDeleteI will keep you all in prayer and please do the same for me! Blessings to you all.
ReplyDeleteHi, you can also look at this vision, as as a parable,
ReplyDeleteYou can interpret this vision literally, but you can also interpret at this
vision, as a parable,
The tornado stands for the raging world (previous prophecy)
The death tole stands for the people that loose their faith due to the storm
The sudden appearance stands for the experience that people will have that do
not heed the warnings for the storm.
The taking to heart of storm warnings stands for taking to heart the warnings
in Gods word concerning this time.
