Struggle not so against My
leading, children, for you do not know all of what is coming to where you are
as I do.
My desire is always for
your good, it is always to bless you, but I cannot bless you if you will not
obey Me. I cannot bless you if you stubbornly cling to your sin. I cannot bless
you when you depart from Me in idolizing worldly relationships I do not desire
for you.
I cannot bless you if you
refuse to pick up your cross, and deny yourself to follow Me.
You are asking Me to bless
the worldliness in you and that I cannot do.

adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is
enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy

him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
Amen! We have to depart from sin and never look back. We are new creatures in Christ so we must let the worldly desires go. I so agree Glynda, He cannot reach us with our head stuck in the sand, caught up in every day affairs and climbing these ladders that lead to nowhere. His promises and love are all that are eternal! Spend time in his word & repent daily! Lord, have your way and work through all who surrender and are willing as Your holy and mighty vessels! 2 Timothy 2:21 - "If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work."
