Take advantage of all My
Precious Son died to give you. So many of My Children receive salvation, and
ignore all the other benefits of the Cross. I desire this would not be so.
I desire you would avail
yourselves of every benefit. Study the Cross and learn what He did for you.
Receive every blessing while you are on the Earth, that your joy may be full.
Leave no blessing unclaimed.
Endeavor to walk in all He
has done for you, for it is much.
Psalm 103:2
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
1 Peter 2:24
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we,
being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were
healed.
Hebrews 2:14-15
14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers
of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that
through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the
devil;
15 And deliver them who through fear of death
were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Galatians 3:14
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus
Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Isaiah 53:4-5
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried
our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he
was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and
with his stripes we are healed.
Isaiah 53:10-12
10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath
put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall
see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall
prosper in his hand.
11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and
shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many;
for he shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the
great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured
out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he
bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
Colossians 2:14-15
14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances
that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way,
nailing it to his cross;
15 And having spoiled principalities and powers,
he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Ephesians 4:9-10
9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he
also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
10 He that descended is the same also that
ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

ReplyDeleteStarting yesterday, God has had me exploring what it means for us that on the cross Christ said, "It is finished." Father has had me pondering how everything has been DONE, and we are to take hold of that finished work. I had just written in my journal about how everything we could ever need is found solely in Christ, and I had planned to start a Bible study to ferret out every promise from Genesis to Revelation...and then I read this word. What a fantastic confirmation from our Father about what He has been teaching me.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jesus for ALL your benefits!! I used to say Psalm 103:1-5 to my daughter everyday & she memorized it by age 3. Is so cool to raise her & her sister loving the Lord and to teach them all He has done for us!
ReplyDeleteReceive healing! Receive courage to face this world that we are not of (but only visitors) and pass on to others MARK 16 which is our job description. Receive Psalm 91 every day...do not have Fear. Receive the PEACE which passes all understanding! Love to all brothers & sisters in Christ! Be strong in the Lord and the power of HIS might!
